Legendairy Milk Lactivist is an all-natural lactation supplement designed to increase milk supply for breastfeeding. Lactivist is formulated with torbangun, a unique and potent galactagogue. In Indonesia, torbangun is used as a traditional food to stimulate lactation for the month or so following childbirth. The leaves are commonly consumed by mothers who have given birth in North Sumatra, in particular the Batak tribe. New Bataknese mothers believe torbangun not only promotes breast milk production, but is also rich in minerals like calcium, magnesium and iron to help with postpartum fatigue and to restore vitality. HOW TO USE: Take 1 ml 3-4 times daily, directly under your tongue or mixed in a 2 oz. glass of your favorite beverage. Keep away from children. Not for use during pregnancy. Store in a cool, dry place. May lower blood sugar - if you are diabetic or hypoglycemic, consult with yur doctor before use. Hypersensitivity, such as allergy, may occur; in which case, discontinue use. Take with food and stay hydrated. These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. I keep this at my work desk and take the 1mL recommendation before each round of pumping, so at least 3x a day. I don't think this is doing anything for my supply, as my supply fluctuates. So even if I get a great output session, it's nulled by a normal or lower session after. Plus the taste is pretty terrible.

Lactivist is one of my favorites! I am an undersupplier and this tincture is part of my supplement routine to increase and support my supply. The research behind the ingredients is so strong that I felt I had to try it. The taste is nice and sweet and I look forward to taking it. My supply has increased from 1oz during a pumping session to almost 4oz!

Have been STRUGGLING to increase my supply. Tried everything under the sun. Ordered this and received yesterday. Took two doses and this morning I was able to pump double what I normally do!! I am so glad to finally find something that works for me! The taste is a little like dark tea, it’s easy to take and I’m excited to continue using this product!

I am a mom of 6 on my 4th EP journey .. this is the first supplement I see big results from. I am 4 months post partum and started taking cash cow around 36 weeks when I started colostrum harvesting, and then switched over to the milkapalooza/pump princess/liquid gold after delivery bc it's sold at my local target and super easy to grab when needed. However, I really like the claims for this product so I added it at 1 month postpartum. I started pumping over 60 oz a day from about 40-45oz. I ran out and didn't reorder but recently have been slacking alittle with my pumping schedule so I reordered this and after 48hrs I have noticed almost a 10oz increase with no extra pump sessions. I LOVE this product and will now make sure I never run out again! The LM lactation supplements are just fantastic, don't cause any stomach upset, and I am confident they are safe and well monitored during production. This is easily my favorite company that has to do with breastfeeding!

Within three days, I had a very noticeable improvement in my supply. I went from supplementing with 2-4 ounces of formula a day to pumping the excess 3 ounces of milk after my baby eats in the morning and still having enough for the whole day! If you're wondering about the flavor, it tastes EXACTLY like a very sweet, plain, liquid raisin. No better way to put it. But luckily it is a very easy to swallow tincture, even if you don't like the flavor I don't personally think It's hard to take down by any means I literally tried all of their capsules and they barely improved my supply by an ounce a day at most- not worth the money for me as I still had to supplement with formula. I feel like this one is also the best price for your money, and wish I'd started by trying this product first.

I thought I'd give this a try seeing as the other supplements worked, but this wasn't for me. It tasted ok but I didn't notice any increase in supply. But it's not for everyone. I will stick with the Pumping Princess and Cash Cow.

The taste is tolerable, nothing horrible. I just didn't notice any difference, there may have been a slight increase but It's hard to say. I'm a “just enough†exclusive pumper so I was hoping this would be an amazing product, but I still notice the biggest difference with Liquid Gold. Glad I gave it a try anyways!

I exclusively pumped with my 1st four years ago and I saw the biggest increase in my supply with Lactivist by the 3rd day (added 3-4 oz to my daily output!) I'm breastfeeding my 2nd now and am back on the trusty Lactivist. I noticed my breasts feel fuller, let down is quicker (have more let downs in general) and baby seems more satisfied - Lactivist for the win again! I'm also taking Cash Cow and find this works best for my body. My 2nd was having weight gain issues at the beginning but since adding these two, he's gained weight at a rate the pediatricians want to see. I am so grateful for Legendairy milk, not sure I would have been able to extend my breastfeeding journey without them.

Supplements, work differently for different people, and while this didn't do much for my output, it didn't hurt anything (some supplements can decrease your supply!). This didn't taste bad - kind of molasses flavored: not great, not terrible. I tried it both directly under the tongue and mixed with 1 ounce of water. I wish it would've worked for me because I prefer it to taking pills, but alas, I am now trying cash cow.

I was afraid I would not be able to keep up with my son's appetite so I ordered Lactivist to help me out a little.. I'm now able to feed him and have pumping sessions throughout the day where I'm making 3-4 oz from both sides, not just collectively. I feel confident now about keeping up with him and storing for his daycare when I go back to work.

I have been taking this supplement with Liquid gold regularly and have started to see an improvement. The milk has higher content of fat and i am able to get more output every time i pump. I would highly recommend this product.
