How To:
Shake well. Starting at your eye's inner corner, trace your lash line sticking as close to your lashes as possible, and build using small, gradual strokes.

I tried this one after my local Target stopped carrying the Milani Stay Put Infinite Eyeliner (gold top) and couldn't be more disappointed. This one stays put where? Not my eyes. It runs and rubs off without much of a fight, which is the polar opposite of the infinite (gold top) version. I think this one shouldn't use the "stay put" name. The infinite (gold top) version is worth the money, this one definitely is not remotely worth the money. Maybe it's the comparison that's killing it for me, but how is this the same company?

I used the regular and I loved It so I got the waterproof thinking it was the same but better it only lasts like 3 hours on my eyes . So Bad !

This is definitely not water proof and I’m unable to make a sharp wing with the applicator. The color and finish is pretty but I wouldn’t recommend to anyone who does graphic liner or just wants a point on their wing

This eyeliner is super matte and pigmented. I actually really like the applicator because it doesn’t flex, which makes it easier to draw steady lines. I just wish it was slightly more fine tip to get super precise lines. One major thing that I don’t like is that the eyeliner can crumble off if you try to layer and fix it. However, once it’s dry and you don’t mess with it, it does stay put pretty well.

I always hype Milani products because of the quality, but this liner fell short. This eyeliner is definitely not waterproof nor does it stay on for 17 hours. That's a bold claim but it is for marketing purposes. The liner immediately washed off with water and soap when it's tested on your hand, and that liner will definitely smudge your eyes. The ingredients do not irritate my eyes, like most liners do. The tip needs to be more thinner to create a sharper line.

This one does not stay on. A short time after applying the eye liner I got black rainbows on my eye lids. I hate that. You can’t tell when it happens. All of a sudden you are talking to someone and your eye makeup is a mess.
