These did less than nothing. They itched and were ugly and zero effect. I’ve used other transdermal patches with success so these specifically were a total dud. Bummed I wasted my $.

Love this patch! Not only did it make me feel more calm and relaxed it is cute! I love the color and the motivational words printed on the patch. I heard from the owner when I reached out with a question that he is changing to a clear patch with no words. I hate that! But the patch will still be great to use. I just bought an 8 pack but will be purchasing a monthly supply as I like them that much! I'm going to try to get the patches with words as I really enjoy them.

My guidance counselor told me about the zen patch. I bought it a month ago and helped me with all my stress for finals I wore them taking all my test and I believe they helped me with the anxiety of taking tests. Now if they made me smarter I would pay double for these!

I love my Zen Patches. Ashwagandha is a great mood product for me. Ashwagandha is so good for you, and the more I use it, the better I feel during the day and evening after a stressful day at work. Swallowing another pill is such a chore for me, so I put on one of these patches after dinner, and it helps me relax and take the anxiety away from everything that happened that day. I put the patches on my arm, and it worked so well. I woke up the next day, and it was the best day I had for a while. I tried their snooze sleep patches, and I think the Zen and snooze combination is a good add on to my sleep when I know I’m going to have trouble sleeping. I’ll put these on after dinner, then a snooze patches on as I get in my bed, and that seems to be working for me. I also use Magnesium and GABA, and these patches have Gaba in them as well, and I think I feel it better through a patch than orally. I love these patches; the quality is great, they stick well on my skin, and they don’t irritate my skin. I like that it does it with natural stuff versus prescription meds. They feel good on my arm, and I can’t even tell I’m wearing one. I’ll continue using their patches!

Tried the zen with ashwagandha and it chilled me out in about 20 minutes. Fell asleep with it on and felt nice and rested I actually had cool dreams. So I ordered another pack it came quickly in a few days. Sticks well and is a great alternative to drinking or cbd both of which make me lazy. Pretty cool idea

Zen Patches are patch a must have when traveling on a plane love jsut listining to tunes - i hate planes they stress me out big time I gave to the guy next to me and he fell asleep the whole time, tht was good because he was hitting on me
