Q: I am trying to remove the mist nozzle as the tubing seems to be dirty but I can't seem to figure out how it gets removed. By the way, the instructions just says to remove the mist nozzle and clean it but again, no picture or instructions on how.

It is recommended to thoroughly clean it at least once a week. There is an optional decalcification cartridge filter for it to avoid mineral buildup. It is recommended if you use tap water in the unit, especially from a hard water area. LASTED LESS THAN 1 YEAR Customer Service was kind enough to provide a replacement in November 2023 because I did not have my proof of purchase, however I tried to use the humidifier the other day and it doesn't work. It worked for approximately 4 months. I contacted customer service, and while friendly enough, was unable to help. When it worked, it was terrific, lots of output for the size, and nice looking, but sadly, I have to put it in the garbage. Definitely not worth the hassle.

I work in pt’s home to care for her and when I looked at r her humidifier… this brand , it was full of mold … I wanted to scream out of fear cuz all that mold and bacteria being diffused into the air probably made her sick and sicker !!! There are not warning labels on the back that says clean this price of 💩 🦀 regularly …. And parents or lay people don’t think that much about germ theory… I wonder what happens when I contact the insurance company and let them know the source of patient’s frequent hospitalization and how much will the health insurance company will sue this company … for the ppl who are buying this product, please find a way to clean your humidifier at least weekly if not more often … each part has to come off and needs to be cleaned separately… there is also no way to clean insides deep down for or small crevices … but plz be careful , your child or family could get sick from this device !!! Public health awareness….

I was gifted this. It’s amazing in all ways except possibly the most important…it’s *impossible* to clean. You can’t scrub the inside. If you regularly use drops of antibacterial humidifier cleaning solution, that helps, but once any pink stuff appears on the inside, you just can’t get to it. Very frustrating. Besides that, love the light on/off, the mist volume, all of it.

The inside of the tank is covered in green mold and there doesn't appear to be any way to take it apart and get inside to clean it. After filling it with vinegar and water I was able to reach inside with a toothbrush and get some of it

Inside wasn't fun to clean. I know it's set up so that it wont leak but the design was not good. Fluid was leaking out of it. The parts seemed simple aside and other wise easy to clean. The cap for the water portion got stuck on and I tore up my hands trying to remove it, so I just tosssed it. So sick of fighting with stupid junk lol. Maybe an okay starter humidifier.

i honestly really like this humidifier. i like the color mostly and the overall shape i think it’s v cute. it does pretty good at what it’s made for i feel. i get bad sore throats fairly often and dry sinuses especially in the winter so i think it’s definitely helpful to have going at night. i’ve actually bought like 3 of these bc of how much i like it. i moved and it broke while it was all packed up but that’s my fault and then i broke it again bc i dropped it but again that’s my fault lol.
