There is some random gurgling noise that is very annoying. The device is hard to clean, especially the tank since you can’t open the entire thing, only a little opening the size of a quarter. Seems very tedious to maintain cleanliness, I think this could have been made better. Can’t believe I wasted my money on this, I had high hopes because of the ratings but I regret buying this.

I received this as a baby shower gift. I hadn’t used it much because I live on the east coast and it’s very humid in the summer. But now that it’s winter and my little babe has his first cold we plugged it in. Definitely makes a difference in moisture for our small bedroom. It’s quiet and no lights blinking etc. Easy to fill and clean.

This product is a waste. I fill up the water and it gets flooded all over my chair the lid don't locked to closed water drains from the tube. I plugged in the moist don't comes out for hours. I need to unplugged its so dangerous this product because of the round shape its moving circling g around. Sorry I don't recommend this product.

I have a very small apartment and this works well for me. It is very quiet. It is also light in weight and easy to fill. Run time is about 6 - 8 hours for me, depending on whether it is on high or low. I have it in my living area during the day and in my small bedroom at night. I like the soft light, which I use at night and makes a good nightlight when I need to get up during the night. I can't review ease of cleaning yet since my box did not include the special soft cleaning brush. Target suggested I call the Pure customer service about this. The customer service associate was very polite and said they will mail the special brush, which will take a couple of weeks to arrive. Due to the hard water in our area, I am using distilled water in this unit, and buying and lugging the distilled water bottles is the only downside to this for me.

I purchased to help with dryness in my nose at night and it seems to be helping! I only use filtered water in it, the instructions suggest using distilled water but that doesn't seem practical as you would be using multiple gallons per week if you're letting it run every night. If I run it on low I usually only have to refill every other night, but it does shut off sometime during the second night because it runs out of water. Time will tell if the filtered water causes any calcium build up problems. I can't speak to whether cleaning is easy because I haven't had to clean it yet.

Customer service support is excellent as one of my humidifiers had one issue and they helped with steps on resolution and replacement as it did not fix the issue. I absolutely LOVE my MistAire Studio Ultrasonic Cool Mist Humidifier because it is compact, has the four settings, is quiet and works great in the Arizona desert dry air. I bought to replace a MistAire Drop Humidifier which stopped working but I also loved that machine. This Studio Ultrasonic is easier to handle and quicker to put together because of its size but it still lasts up to 12 hours.

This compact humidifier is good for small rooms. The noise is also very less and it comes with two modes. Low and high. So we can adjust the humidifier to set the volume of the mist it emits.
