Q: Do these have soft or medium bristles? My gums are too sensitive for anything harder than soft :(
A: they are solft but do not buy this brush. absolute scam
submitted byBron - 2 years agoA: They are soft bristles.
submitted byNoa - 5 years agoA: quip Toothbrushes have a soft-bristle brush head which is powered by a single AAA battery.
submitted byEmma - 5 years agoA: The answer is subjective. Soft does not really have a specific definition. I would call them medium using Colgate toothbrushes as a baseline.

Q: Hi! I recently bought a Quip electronic toothbrush. How do I sign up for the 3 month plan which automatically sends me new batteries and brush heads?
A: Included in the packaging is a code you use on the quip website to subscribe. I bought one at target and there was a small square insert with the code and instructions

submitted byEdgar in Austin - 3 years agoA: i wouldn't do it. total scam.
submitted byBron - 2 years agoA: Online. You can only buy them from the quip site

Q: I purchased this brush a few weeks ago. How can I replace the battery?
A: You can change out your battery by lightly gripping the handle in one hand and Brush Head in the other with the bristles pointing away from you. Gently pull the head off the handle in a slight arc motion to reveal the motor and battery.
