WARNING Do not place directly on skin. This product can cause burns. Wear for up to 8 hours. Do not use for more than 8 hours in a 24-hour period. Do not use on irritated, damaged or broken skin. Do not wear while sleeping. If you are 55 years of age or older, use with caution, as your risk for burns increase with age. Check skin frequently during use. Do not use on areas of the body where you can't feel heat. Remove patch immediately if there is any discomfort or pain. Do not use on areas of bruising or swelling that have occurred within 48 hours. Stop use and contact a doctor if you experience any discomfort, burning, swelling, rash or other changes in your skin that persist where the wrap is worn. Ask a doctor before use if you have diabetes, poor circulation, heart disease, rheumatoid arthritis, or are pregnant. The patch is not reusable. Do not microwave or reheat the patch. Do not use on delicate clothing. Do not use in combination with another heating device. Do not place extra pressure, a tight waistband of belt over the product. I like them. I thought the same .... they don't work. They do! You have to wait a while and by a while I mean between 8 -10 min. It takes a while to warm up which is why I gave a 4 out of 10. It lasted all through the night. I liked them. Just wish it heated quicker. I had mine glued to the inside of my pants and the heat facing my belly.

Can't survive without these. I haven't had to take pain k*llers since I've added this to my cycle must haves. My cramps are paralyzing and these eliminate that feeling. I use 2 per day for the first two days of my cycle which is when my cramps are the worst. By the third day, I may or may not need them for the remainder of the week. I do wish these came in a pack of 4 to use the first two days instead of buying two packs at a time but I don't have to rush to pick up more for the next cycle I guess. These are smaller, don't stick as well as, nor last as long as the Lola brand but they still get the job done.

Somehow simultaneously didn't seem that hot, but did give me a second degree burn? I use all sorts of heating pads for years and obviously this was my own error. This is re: the bigger size one.

I am trying this for the first time and this patch works great! It took about 10 min for the heat to set in and it feels wonderful and so soothing. I do put it on my skin directly for the extra heat and it hasn’t bothered me so far 2 hours in, in fact I prefer it this way. Personal preference and I wouldn’t suggest this if you have sensitive skin and best to follow product instructions. Would have given this a 5 star if the patch is bigger in size. Would definitely reorder.

So bummed that these did not heat up one bit. I tried another brand and I loved it but haven’t been able to find them only these so I have them a try and I hate them. I’m returning the box tomorrow. I’ve been wearing it for a while and it hasn’t heat up at all.

SUPER SAD!! Absolutely love their period underwear so was so excited to try these. They did not even get warm! I too was unsure if they were defective or if I was using wrong. Tried another patch and same thing. Was really really hoping to love them! :(
