[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We received our Regalo Baby - Home Accents Widespan Safety Gate and we love it. We use this to help block our hallway from our kitchen and it really does the trick! We also use it to keep our dogs on one side if we need them to stay in one place.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a very sturdy safety gate. It comes in three pieces and assembling the gate itself was pretty simple and straightforward. The included instructions were easy to follow and there is a video available online with instructions if needed. I have a few safety stair gates in my home but they are a smaller span width wise. The great thing about this gate is the expanded width because it can be used for openings to areas such as the kitchen. The height is also good to keep small babies safe from stairs and other areas of the house. The gate is easy to open one-handed which is great. The clap on the gate door slides over so you can open the door and walk through. Overall a well designed safety gate that looks great too.

Installation was a breeze, instructions were straight to the point and once installed the gate was very sturdy and firm in place. The gate door latches nicely and very secure from both the top and bottom. The style fits so well with our existing decor, and helps keep our little one out of the kitchen. I would highly recommend.

So when I put this up it has made me so less stressed and has given me a much needed break. I can actually enjoy my little one so much more then befor. Its the perfect size I can change and move it around to diffrent areas. It is also so sturdy and holds up great.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This gate is perfect for large spaces, in my case I installed so that my little daughter does not approach the front door, for two reasons, 1 she can now unlock the doors and 2 because the floor is very cold this season ... the gate installed there she stays in the livingroom where we only have carpet and if someone rings then she can't get to the door and open it! The only thing I would change would be the height since I have another 4 year old daughter and the height of the eate gate for her is very low ... but I definitely recommend it to other parents with young children! Pd. Is super easy to install, I take around 20-25 minutes!!!

My house is an open floor plan and this gate was the perfect choice! Setting up and installing this gate was super simple and it only took me less than 20 minutes. I like that you can install this gate and take down again in relatively no time. This gate can be used it in different areas of your home since it stretches to fit a variety of openings. The walk through door is awesome, the handle opens and closes easily to unlock and lock the door. The door on the gate also features a three lock system which will give me piece of mind as my little one gets bigger. The black color of the gate goes great with any décor. I am extremely impressed with the quality of this gate it is heavy duty, all steel construction and very sturdy. I know this gate will last for a long time! If you are looking for a new safety gate, I highly recommend this one!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is Regalo Widespan - Home Accents Safety Gate. It measures at 74.5” wide & 28” high. Fits an opening of 56”. It came with the 3 gate pieces, bracket, & screws. Also the tool to use for the screws. Very sturdy & strong! Metal & easy to put together. As you can see we mounted it in front of our tree ( tree is not yet finished). Lol We did this for not only the little ones but also for our 4 legged ones. Lol It was perfect because I am able to use the gate opening to finish the tree & also to arrange the presents. I then don’t have to worry about Atticus opening them before Christmas. Lol This was a perfect fit for us , but you can use anywhere from doors, patios, garage, or even their playroom to keep the mess to a minimum & in one spot. Wonderful gate!!! Love!!!

It's very nice quality and extremely durable. Great for babies and toddlers, and even pets! I would highly recommend checking out this saftey gate! Not sturdy at all. Keeps falling apart. Not childproof

would not recommend, the gate does not adjust and there was no hole to put the door in so my husband had to drill his own. also flimsy on hardwood.

So disappointing. I think maybe the one I have is just defective because there is no hole on the bottom for the gate to fit into. There is a picture in the instructions that shows one but mine definitely does not have one. Also as you can see from all the other reviews it’s not very adjustable. Save yourself the time and hassle and just buy a different one.

We purchased this gate to span a 72" (6ft) gap in our home. Upon receipt, we followed the instructions to adjust the gate. The instructions tell you to remove an extension section by simply removing some sections and popping the rest back together. After literally hours trying to figure out what the (poorly written) instructions were suggesting, we realized that THE INSTRUCTIONS ARE WRONG. The pieces required to adjust the length if you follow the instructions are not included in the box and, in fact, would require you to essentially cut off the hard plastic attachments (they don't "slide" or "pop" off). The gate WILL work to span all indicated gaps if you use the built in pivot points to adjust the length. Unless you are using the gate at its fullest extension, you will need to bend some of the extension points like this: \___/ Then it will fit all gaps indicated. As stated the included instructions are WRONG. So wrong that I think they are either for a different model of Regalo baby gate or for an older version of this model. My husband and I enjoy putting together furniture. He is a former engineer. Trust me when I say, the instructions are inaccurate.

This gate for the most part is great. This is the 2nd one we bought. The opening is wide, it opens/closes easily. Unfortunately it only works with all the extensions. It has instructions to make it smaller but doesn’t contain the correct hardware to do that. We got creative and made it work.

It was not very sturdy on our hardwood floors and my 2 year old could just open it right up! I think it would work better on carpet and for younger babies or pets.

Easy push button and slide to lock the gate door in place. Wish I would of gotten this sooner. Love my gate and hope to get another one soon.

I needed something to set-up on my porch to keep my grand kids and my dog on the porch. The Spring and Summer is coming up and we will be spending more time outside so this is much needed protection for them. It also sturdy and also looks great. I will definitely recommend this gate to my friends and family.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am so happy to finally have my Regalo Home Accents Widespan Safety Gate set up in my living room. I actually have it set between the living room and dining room area. It is so easy to set up, it actually took between 15-20 minutes, which is nothing. It is simple but looks and is heavy duty. I actually prefer this one compared to the other brand I have. It is not only easier to put up but the joint locks are also easy to open and close. It's just a twist and the other was so hard I couldn't even do it myself. I highly recommend to parents of little ones. Mine is running around already and I have another on the way so I know I will get plenty of use out of it and know with certainty that my baby's are safe. It is high quality and definitely worth it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the Regalo gate, that I got last year for the top of my stairs .But with a home with an open floor plan ,securing a toddler or my small dog sometimes is hard until now. The Regalo Home Accents Widespan® Safety Gate now does this perfectly in my kitchen . It even expanded to fit my extra wide kitchen opening which is wide .70 inches wide .It appears well made of black ,durable all-steel construction, Love that it was easy for me to attach using the included wall mounting brackets.( I have only basic skills ) Just like my stairs gate it has an easy "walk through gate" with a handle with sliding release but has a three-lock system to help really secure your curious toddler. Recommend all Regalo products to all my family and friends .
