I've had Rubbermaid bins like this given to me by my parents. They've lasted through about a dozen moves and they are still going strong. Compared to other bins I've bought from other companies or ones my husband has bought, these do not crack or bust after being stacked and filled up heavy. Since having a child of my own and needing to store baby items and holiday decorations I knew I needed more storage containers and that these are the only real choice for that. Super durable and worth it.

The material is also flexible so if you drop it, it'll bounce instead of crack. The lid snaps shut and stays closed for easy transport. They're great for storing items in the basement (which is what I got them for). I don't want to worry about my Christmas decorations getting musty or (God forbid) we have a flood. I live in the Midwest and our weather goes from below zero to high nineties and humid. I need something rugged and these are built for harsh conditions. My only problem is their size. These are small, about 8 inches tall. Some of my decor won't fit. They'd be excellent for storing clothing or smaller items. They look really nice and are easy to stack.

I had filled one fairly full and was taking it to the basement and accidentally dropped it, I couldn't believe it landed at the end of the steps in perfect condition and with the top still actually attached. I created a bunch of decorations for my best friend’s bridal shower and needed an easy way to transport everything and these totes ended up being perfect. They fit a lot and were so easy to carry in and out. When I first received them, I was also mesmerized by the metallic finish enough to force other people to look at it, so that was a plus. It definitely feels nice and sturdy as well and should last quite a long time!

I have had totes in the paste that easily crack or misinform, but these are wonderful quality and can take a drop or impact. The storage containers are small but hold so much stuff! The interlocking lids will sure keep your items protected from water, bugs and dust! By stacking these containers into if each other your storage foot print is quite small! The container are thick enough to hold a lot of heavier materials and have worked out perfectly for me. We use some under our bed and others I use for tool storage under my work bench. I am thrilled with these storage containers and me and my wife have agreed that we need more! I would happily recommend these storage containers to anyone with storage needs

These storage containers will not protect stored items from moisture. Yes, they have lids but they are the typical lid found on the tubs in store. No special seal. I'm not sure why they're priced so much higher. Disappointed!
