I am a frequent user of the original safeguard beige bar soap. Been using it for decades in the Philippines but when I visited USA in 2023 i found out that only this white bar are available. I hope you can have the original beige also. I miss the original scent. I will be returning this year and settle for this aloe variant. FYI.

IDC if it’s reformulated… I have one bar of soap in my shower that washes me from head to toe and that means including my hair it’s the best soap I have stocked up on so many packages of this soap and I will continue to do so because I don’t wanna change it!! if there’s one thing that I do, wish you would bring back would be your liquid hand soap, not the pretty colors sitting on the shelf with the new flavors of it. I’ve tried them all and I don’t like them and nobody at my store ever buys them we all want the safeguard original liquid hand soap. I would love it if that came back but until then there is a bar of safeguard bar soap in my shower for my body, my hair and at every sink in my house to wash hands and I am going to stay with safeguard!

I have used safeguard forever, have even referred this soap to many people. The new scent makes me sad. I didn't notice the change because the packaging is similar to the old one, but the smell is too fragrant. I prefer the old scent (clean). Please give the option back, I don't want to change my soap.

It is unfair that your company has taken the smell out of safeguard soap but has not reduced the price. The reason for the purchase of the product was for the unique smell.

I have been a regular user of Safeguard soap for my showers for several decades. I switched for a while a few years ago when they reduced the size of the bars, trying to fool the customers by touting their new shape that was easier to hold onto. But I went back to Safeguard after trying the logical alternatives when I found them to be inferior. I stuck with Safeguard and applauded their efforts to remove the potentially harmful antibacterial chemicals. The last two packages I bought have sported a new scent that I find to be rather repugnant. In fact, it actually triggers migraines. I am hoping that the older scent is still available somewhere. Otherwise, I am going to have to go back to Dial or Lever 2000--both of which I like less than the previously scented version of Safeguard!

I pulled tge bar out of the box, and noticed right away that the shape was different, and the color was lighter, and when I used it, the soap seems to cake up easily, and hangs on you, the scent is a little different as well, so far with the first bar, I’m not liking it too much.

I have used Safeguard in the past, but I could never find it because I didn't realize the packaging had changed. I purchased the Safeguard bars of soap with Aloe. I used it and it caused my whole body to break out in hives and become inflamed. I had to go to urgent care due to the allergic reaction. My boyfriend used it as well and also had skin irritation. I can no longer use this product. It is hazardous.

I could smell the scent all the way through the plastic wrapper and small boxes that it comes in. I imagine its packaged like that so you didn't contaminate any of the other bars when reaching in to get another one ,which I personally like. When I put the soap into the water it really released that wonderful clean,fresh smell. After getting the bar wet it lathered up with lots of bubbles and rinsed very clean. After drying off is when you notice the aloe. My skin was amazingly soft ,not that dry tight feeling you can get from other soaps,especially the ones that are supposed to be antibacterial. I sometimes believe that some think that antibacterial = harsh. Not this one. I will definitely be buying more in the future.

I like that it has a silky soft lather and a nice light scent. It lathers well and rinses clean leaving me feeling fresh. I do notice a light scent after showering with the Safeguard bar soap. It's a nice scent and isn't very strong and I didn't feel like my skin was dried out. This is a good bar soap for anyone looking for a good lather, clean rinsing soap that doesn't leave your skin feeling dry.

I love the fact that it washes away bacteria, I love the way it makes me feel so clean without leaving soapy residue on my skin, and the clean fresh scent makes me look forward to shower time. You can tell it is more moisturizing than other soaps. It has a mild scent which I don't care much for, but it isn't overpowering so I can ignore that. I think others would probably like the scent. It just isn't my favorite. It does appear to clean well and does not leave a film behind. All in all, I think this is a terrific soap at a decent price. I would purchase it again.
Washes away 99% off bacteria. Bye yucky germs!

It is very strong to me and my whole family, but it doesn't seem as strong while in use or after. The smell is there, but not as strong as it just sitting in the box. We all felt really dry afterwards, but it wasn't an overly dry skin feeling and it didn't seem to last, as in we had to moisturize or discontinue use. You did feel clean, so the washes away bacteria was nice. Especially after a day out exploring. All in all it seems like a really great product, maybe if the scent could be toned down a bit, that might help. I really like the wash away bacteria feature. That was a plus. The packaging looks nice and I would recommend this product and would also like to explore other scents, as well.
