2. 2.4GHz private WiFi network is required. Hotspot WiFi and 5G WiFi networks are not supported.
3. If your WiFi password has more than 31 characters or special characters such as the equals sign, please kindly change it to a password less than 31 characters.
4. Please keep your Camera and Wi-Fi router as close as possible during pairing. If the connection fails, please reset the base station first before trying again.
5. The Baby Monitor can support up to 5 units simultaneously, while the Camera does not have any limitations. However, please note that the performance may be affected by the capabilities of your Wi-Fi router.
