It is complete garbage. I returned the first one thinking it was just a defective. Got the 2nd one and within the 3rd use (again) it started making loud noises, the rollers would not work and it made burning smells. I looked, no clogs, nothing wrapped around the brushes and the belt was fine. I will be returning for a second time.

When I received my vaccume I was so excited. December 24th, my family was over to celebrate Christmas. My nephew said he would put my vaccume together for me. He pulled it out of the box and it wasn't the vaccume I ordered. In fact, it was a used vaccume that had dirt still in it and got all over my new floors. How disgusting. I am so upset I haven't even had the thought of getting another. I hope Target get me another free of charge. It would be the BEST and KINDEST thing to do.

The recent reviews that state the vacuum gets clogged and has to be disassembled every time you use it are 100% true!!! I never thought I would have to take my vacuum APART and scrape it out with a screwdriver every time I wanted to use it, but here I am! It is also very inferior in suction power. It barely picks up anything larger than a piece of hair. It does suck up dust and small particles pretty well, unless it’s clogged AGAIN, then it just spits everything back out. As a handheld, the suction is weak. Just not impressed with its overall power. We have also encountered the issue with the vacuum completely shutting off, even though the battery power is supposedly full, canister is empty, & filters are clean. The debris canister is clunky to remove and hard to get back on. The “no wrap” feature is a joke. The only thing I like about this vacuum is that’s it’s cordless and I like the feature that it bends to go under furniture. Other than that, it’s garbage. I think I purchased this model before a lot of the reviews were out, and I wish I would’ve waited! I’m going keep it as a spare for quick messes but going back to a corded vacuum for “full house” vacuum sessions.

When I see some stuff on the floor, it's not a whole ordeal to vacuum like with a plug-in - Converts easily from cordless stick to handheld. I actually use the handheld way more than the stick. It's convenient for getting hair around the bathroom or dirt my dog treks in or dust that collects in corners - the battery life is really good. I only have to charge once a week - I mainly use this in short spurts when I see something dirty around the house Cons - I really wish this had a wall mount. The storage is where you attach the vacuum part to the stick attachment and then fold it in half to a compact state. However, I rarely use the stick so it's annoying to have to attach to it every time I want to store it away. You have to hold the vacuum upside down and line up the plug to attach. My hack for this is I found a 3d printed design for a wall mount and am getting that printed. - The suction power is okay. Sometimes I have to pass over a spot a couple times. There is a boost mode but it drains the battery much faster.
I would surely buy this vaccum again.

I had high hopes for this vacuum based on shark's good reputation. Unfortunately, it doesn't work well. The suction is far worse than my old Dyson, and it gets clogged *every* *single* *time* I use it. It's so frustrating. I have to pull everything apart and unclog the hose and pull dust out of the brush. It does not suck up anything larger than a hair or a piece of thread. Crumbs? Cereal? forget it. Just pushes it around. Terrible vacuum.

For pet hair, this vacuum got clogged every time I used it. We constantly had to take it a part to unclog while vacuuming. The vacuum also will shut off after a few minutes of use even though the battery is still charged. As long as I turn it off and on again then it works, but it gets to be a pain when it happens every 30 seconds. Would not buy again

Love how it maneuvers i can get around things with ease I really like that its handle bends so I can reach way under furniture and the tools that it came with gets into the cracks of my couch and I can also vacuum the surface with a quickness. The noise level is about the same as my other vacuum .The filters in it keep the dust from getting back into the air which is really a winner for me and the basket is very easy to empty. I love that it is jointed to fold in half for storage purposes . I am very happy with it's functionality! I would recommend it to everyone.

This photo is what the vacuum collected on one run through of our apartment (and we used our old vacuum the day before) it picks up a lot and I love that you can switch is to carpet or hard floor mode. It charges quick and seems to hold its charge for a while. This is a great new addition to our household!

It had a decent charge out the box, will have to see how it holds up. The dust bin is decent size and is easy to empty and clean. I wish it had a mount to stow it away when not in use. Besides that, overall a really powerful vacuum that is easily maneuverable.

It's so easy to move around the house while using it. Also, it takes in so much dust before I have to dump it. When it came to the sound it was so peaceful. My dog could take his naps and using the vacuum was so easy.

This is our second shark. Wore the first one out by using it too much. Lol. My wife absolutely loves this model. The feature we love best is how it bends to go underneath couches beds, and other furniture. It really makes it easy. It works really well too for using as a duster or sucking debris from window, ledges and other areas. Highly recommend recommended.

Picks up dog hair amazingly, great suction, quick to charge, and battery lasts quite a while. I was able to do multiple rooms and the stairs a few times on one charge!
