Just bought this and love it..so light and durable...i also use this at work is why i got myself one

I bought this vacuum roughly two weeks ago and it has been a game changer! I have medium pile carpet and 3 cats, let me tell you, this vacuum picks up EVERYTHING (litter, hair, food, etc..). It has the suction power similar to a corded vacuum (leaves the same lines which is satisfying to see). So much better than my Bissel stick vacuum. The auto-empty system is very convenient too. I can use it on two bedrooms before it needs to be charged which is perfect for me as my place isn't that big. I highly recommend this vacuum to people with pets and even children!

Bought this when it was on sale back during the Superbowl in '24. Only just now getting around to using it (Feb/March of '25) as I have just moved into my new apartment! I love this vacuum! For a 2br 1ba it's the perfect size. I leave it plugged into the charging dock all day while at work and come home to vacuum and I am able to vacuum the whole apartment on one charge. I can see how this size might be too small to manage an entire house, but for my purpose, it's perfect. It was easy to assemble and has an intuitive design. The dust flap on the bottom of the vacuum that auto-empties can sometimes get stuck open if there are any debris that get caught when it empties (I had a little jump ring that got caught and must have stuck in the magnetic flap) but otherwise, it works wonderfully. I love the auto-empty feature, and I especially love that it traps allergens as I am allergic to dust and pollen. (Hence me vacuuming frequently.) I love that there's a "quiet" or "night-time" mode for the dock where it won't auto-empty if the button is toggled. I also really like how it auto-senses what type of flooring it's being used on. So far, it has worked really well on both the carpet and the hardwood/laminate floors of my apartment. Compared to a traditional vacuum, it's also quieter. Not in the sense that you could use it with a napping infant, but in the sense that I don't feel the need to put in headphones to block out the noise. I recommend this vacuum if you will be using it in a smaller space- anywhere from a studio to a 3-bed apartment would likely be good. Anything larger (i.e. over 1350 sqft) might require a break in between sections of your house to recharge and empty.

Absolutely useless. Does not pick up the tiniest debris. I have a video of the vacuum not picking anything up. Really wish I hadn't bought this.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] For such a small and compact heater, this little guy heats up a room surprisingly well. You barely otice its even on, and it's simple and easy to use and move around from room to room. The best part is the power supply can roll up and go into the unit for storage when not being used.

There is no place to store the pet multi tool. There is a storage clip for the hand vacuum and duster crevice tool but nothing for the per multi tool. This tool can be easily misplaced.

Best I ever had! It cleans so well. Suction is great. Very user friendly.

This is our 2nd cordless and really like the self empty feature. We have a Siberian Huskey so this is a time saver and allows us to vacuum before having to empoty every time.

Absolutely love this vacuum! Definitely meets all the hype about it! Works on both my laminate flooring downstairs and carpet upstairs and stairs! I had been looking for awhile but didn't think a stick vacuum could do the job as well, But I was so wrong! My daughter told me shark was good and I'm glad I listened and I bought it! I'm 65 yrs old and needed something exactly like this. I definitely recommend it!

Love this vacuum especially how light weight it is.

Purchased in December little disappointed in battery life I got through three rooms and. it died.

The Shark Cordless Clean & Empty Stick Vacuum with Auto Emptying System is truly a game changer in my opinion. This outperforms any stick vacuum I’ve owned. The work that went into the functionality and utilization of current technology is impressive. I haven’t seen another of its kind on the market that compares to this Shark. It’s noticeable how every precaution was taken when developing their packaging. The vac was packed securely and the custom-formed packaging used for this unit protects it from most damage during shipping. My unit arrived in perfect condition. Instructions included are in a “Quick Start” format. It gives the essential instructions of assembly, functions, and maintenance to get you started. On the back of the Quick Start Guide is a QR code to scan with your phone and a website that also takes you to the full manual pdf online that you can also download. It’s the first time I’ve seen this done this way for product packaging. It’s convenient to get it started and then read more afterwards on my phone. I also like that I I don’t have to worry about losing the paper included. The unit was very simple to put together since most sections are pre assembled and you only have to “click” together a few pieces without the need for additional tools. The dock is positioned on the floor instead of a wall. So many others only offer wall based recharging holders. I’m tired of drilling holes in my walls and having to commit to one charging location. I can relocate the entire unit when I need to. Upon initial inspection, you’ll see yellow stickers placed on various places on the unit as a form of additional information and product usage reminders. Just peel off after reviewing. The vacuum is light enough for me to easily use. I’m short, and heavy items are awkward and strenuous to carry around. This is easy to handle due to it being very lightweight. The vac is easily removed from the dock and also easily falls back into place. There are various filters throughout the unit, filtering dust in different areas of flow. The HEPA filter is important to me because my husband and I both suffer from conditions that make us susceptible to very serious skin rashes, swelling, and hives. It’s crucial for us to use products that are not only safe but also aid in prevention. Its LED screen is uncomplicated, and visually clear, with an on/off button, mode selection button, three mode indicators, and a battery power indicator. A multi-functional pet brush attachment and crevice tool are included. The wand detaches from the brush unit and attachments click in place. Noise level alert. Parents may want to use this before or after kid’s nap time. Do not think this is a simple, quiet, typical stick vacuum. The vac is loud and so is the emptying suction mechanism. Anything that’s pushing air through multiple filters requires some force. That’s what you’re hearing. If you want powerful, you’ll have to get over the noise level. It sounds close to a regular-sized vacuum. I get past the noise level knowing it’s doing what it’s intended for and that’s why I have it and love it. It automatically goes from floor to carpet on the auto setting… THANK YOU!!! Exactly what I needed for my wood floor to carpet transitions. It never loses suction while going from one to another, and that’s a fantastic feature for a stick vac. You return it to its home base when you’re finished, where it automatically charges and instantly uses powerful suction to push all the dust collected through the filters and immediately into a canister using POWERFUL suction. The dust canister holds a lot so emptying isn’t necessary each time. It’s easy to detach. You then hold it over the garbage can and press a button on the top that releases a bottom trap door and sends the dust directly where it belongs. I can do it using one hand. Remember to closely read the maintenance instructions. It does require you to be familiar with the filtering system. For instance, one of the filters needs to be rinsed regularly to maintain suction power. My overall opinion on the Shark brand: Ive been a loyal fan of Shark vacuums for about 10 years, purchasing two hand vacs and two large vacuums. As long as Shark maintains its core values and quality, I’ll remain a dedicated customer. I chose my first Shark over a well-known rival that was marketed as a trendy, high-priced option. After researching, it was clear that Shark offered the best features at an attainable price. I often wondered why others prioritized brand image over functionality. Those who followed the fad are no longer bragging, while I take pride in my informed choice. I frequently recommend Shark to others.

We've had for two weeks now and so far very happy. Lightweight is an added bonus. Our son has a different brand of stick vacuum and the difference is amazing. The fact that it empties into a bin after each use is another added bonus. We have mostly hardwood floors with a few area rugs and it automatically powers up for the rugs and back down for the floor. It picks up cat litter better than expected, but it's not perfect...but I'm still giving it 5 stars.

I’ve only had this vacuum for a couple days but I love it! I really like the feature that removes the dust when you return it to the dock each time. It’s lightweight and gets into pesky corners easily. Picks up hair, dust, sand and goes from hardwoods to rugs effortlessly!

I got this as a Christmas gift and I am in love already! I hate sweeping our floor and this makes it such a breeze to pick up any crumbs on the floor in the kitchen and around our house. I appreciate the suction changes from hard floor to carpet. It’s perfect to pick up the gunk and not fling it around. The auto empty feature is something I didn’t know I would appreciate so much. It’s nice only having to empty the big chamber every few weeks instead of after every vacuum.

I bought this just before leaving for the holidays. Yesterday I tried it for the first time. Seems to vacuum good. The only thing I question is on auto vacuuming on carpet it kept switching from magenta light to blue light. Still need to use it more so I know what I am talking about. The auto emptying is great.

Made it easy to clean my car out. Once you put the vacuum back on the stand, it self emptys into a compartment on the stand.

Kind of early in my ownership to give such a review, but I'm highly impressed. This Shark vacuum was easy to assemble and has been a pleasure to use, thus far. So much lighter than my other Shark cordless stick vacuum, which I've had for quiet awhile. Great suction and I really love the clean and empty feature. No more having to reach into the dust cup to pull out the last fragments of debris left after empting. I have no doubt that this Shark stick vacuum will give me the same service as all of the other Shark vacuums I've owned in the past and ones I still own today.

This product is great. Light weight yet powerful on both wood and carpet.
