A: Similac Total Comfort has the prebiotic fructooligosaccaride (FOS) while 360 Total Care products have 2’-FL HMO plus four additional HMOs. The 5 HMOs in 360 Total Care products are among the most abundant HMOs found in human milk. Yes it’s sweet and yes ingredients are not the best but when it came down to no other choice but to give it to my LO after having thee worst gas from kendamil. Never looked back. Now I have a happy baby that doesn’t fuss at the bottle and sleeps longer!!

My baby has been on this formula for two weeks. It is made her so gassy. She is either constipated or with diarrhea and her stomach is constantly gurgling/growling, she arches her back like she is in pain. Completely hate this formula. And so expensive.

My son had terrible reflux and weight issues as a newborn. We tried several different formulas and this one worked best for him. We combo feed with breast milk and he seems to be able to go between the two without any issues. Helped him to stop spitting up out his nose and waking up crying in the middle of the night.

Baby had CMPA and didn’t know that before. We had to switch to a formula and tried this and it has been amazing. He’s not longer screaming in pain and sleeping from not having gas/diarrhea.

Even while breastfeeding my son would have random bouts of diarrhea, I had always blamed it on my diet but the physician and I could never narrow it down. I had him eat8 Bobbie once he weaned (⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐) a fantastic formula if you can afford it! But his occasional diarrhea turned into aggressive, multi-color-texture BMs after a few weeks. 💩 Physician said, "Try goat milk formula. Smaller curds, smaller turds." and others said would be easier on his tummy. This only made his diarrhea more violent. So we switched to this Similac Sensitive and, although I'm not a fan of corn syrup being the first ingredient, my son tolerates it well and now his BMs still aren't form, but they're one dark color, predictable, and my son is gaining fantastic weight with no plagues of gas or booger butt! After a few weeks I attempted to start transitioning to Bobbie Sensitive, and all heck broke loose in that diaper, again. 10/10 FORMULA FOR LACTOSE ANGRY TUMMIES👍🏻

This is more of a comment on target’s return policy on formula, which is excellent. My mother-in-law practically bought the whole store out before I gave birth because of the previous year’s formula shortage. However, my son ended up having a cow’s milk/soy allergy and could not drink any of the formula purchased. Target was great with allowing us to return. I would have kept this product, but did not know how long the allergy would last. We ended up buying some more of this formula when my baby was able to transition back to regular formula and he did not have any issue with this product.

I was recommended by me pediatrician to switch from infant Kendamil to this similac 360 total care sensitive. This brand caused my son to be constipated to the point he refused to take his feeds. He strained himself so much and would try to go all day without being able to. Switched back to Kendamil, and no problems since. It did make him gain weight really quick but it was causing him to be so upset throughout his day and preventing him from enjoying activities. Do not recommend.

My baby is struggling with gaining weight due to spitting up SO MUCH so i had to supplement with formula and just after a day i noticed this is the one formula he could stomach! There SIGNIFICANTLY less spit up and he’s seems to have less tummy pain! I will say i am NOT a fan of the price $50 for a can that maybe will last a week and half is crazy!

I have twins who are 5mos on the 10th born prematurely, they were on similac neosure. I much rather kendamil, because thats what i put my daughter on. Anyways i noticed the neosure was causing less bowl movements with my twins with clay like poop. But now they poop with every diaper change. Its kind of hard finding a middle ground here. It has also helped with the spit ups as well. Im not sure if i want to give it 3 or 5 stars, it has its pros and cons. But it is OVERALLY expensive!!!
