I bought this for my in-laws for Christmas. We have a digital frame (different brand) and love it so I was excited to share photos/videos with them of the grandkids. Well this frame you have to pay like a subscription fee for what are normal functions on our other frame, for example putting videos on the frame. I preloaded several pictures and now can’t get new pictures to load remotely which was the whole purpose of buying this frame.

I think we have given this frame to every parent and grandparent in our family for their birthday or Christmas. It is super easy to set up and I can add photos directly to their frame from the skylight app. I can even select to upload the photos to every frame at the same time. This has been the best gift!

Purchased the white Skylight Frame for my mother and she loved it! The quality is great and the set up was so easy and user friendly. I was able to download the app and preload pictures on to it so that it was ready to use when she plugged it in. I only wish they had a brown wood like frame option which would fit more with my decor. Eitherway, now I need one for our home too! Very happy with this purchase.

Requires a “plus” subscription for features available with other digital frames, which is frustrating. Photos were randomly blurred out and marked as needing the plus plan to show. App was not easy to use if trying to bulk upload photos - and then they appear in the order you upload them. I gifted a much better frame to my in-laws, for half the price. Will return this frame and buy what I bought for them.

The connection on this device was impossible. The keyboard would disappear as soon as we tried to enter any Wi-Fi data. And most functions such as “reset” did not work at all. It also asks you to purchase the picture share feature for $40 prior to completing set up, which again was not possible. The reviews are very off it seems and this is a very poor option for a digital frame, especially given the price.

The first frame failed to work properly. The gentleman was wonderfully helpful in replacing it. But my new one seems to be showing the same pics over and over. I rarely see the rest of the downloaded pics. Any suggestions?
