Q: Is there a magnet on the back to put on the side of the refrigerator. I can plug it in behind the fridge.

Q: Can you sync Google Photos to the Skylight calendar where it will auto upload the photos like a google home vs having to send to an email?
A: Hi There, Thank you for your question! In the meantime, our system does not support uploading photos directly from Google/Google Drive or sync them. We would suggest that you download them first to your computer/phone. Then, upload the photos by sending them through email or the Skylight mobile app. You can send photos to Skylight as an attachment to an email. You need to: 1. Open an email application like Yahoo/Gmail/Outlook. 2. Compose an email. 3. Find the "attach" button and choose the photos you want to send. 4. Send the email to your Skylight email address. Q: Hello, Does this have the option to have alarms for when chores need to be done?
A: Hi There, Thank you for your inquiry! As of now, the Chores feature does not have an option for notifications or audible alerts. But a fun workaround is to create an event called "Chores" to give yourself or others a little nudge when it's time to check the chore list! You will need to edit those events for those specific times you want to be reminded. Please double-check to make sure your notifications are turned on in your settings. Q: Can this device and subscription service be used outside of the USA?
A: Hi There, Thank you for your question. Yes, you can use the device and subscription service outside of the US. However, there are some important factors to consider. Currently, the Skylight Calendar is tailored to the US market or countries where it’s available. Features like weather updates and event location services may face challenges when used outside of the country where it was purchased or catered. Additionally, the software's address system and functionalities are designed specifically for US addresses and locations. Please also note that international time zones are not yet supported. Q: Can you sync multiple accounts across multiple calendar platforms (i.e. my Google calendar, my partner's Google calendar, and my Outlook calendar) so that they all show at once?
A: Hi There, Thank you for your question! Yes, you can sync multiple calendars from different sources at the same time to only one Skylight. These accounts can be from different user accounts as well as different calendar services. Following the example that you left in your previous email, you can indeed sync from Apple and Outlook to one Skylight account which will be displayed in both the app and the physical device. Q: Can you use this for travel. Will it still work without WiFi? Meaning only need WiFi when uploading information
A: Hi There, Thanks for your question! Unfortunately, the Skylight Calendar cannot be used offline and does require a Wi-Fi connection to function. However, you can definitely bring it with you when traveling, but you will need to connect it to a Wi-Fi network or a mobile hotspot to use it while on the go. I hope this answers your question. Q: Can I add my google calendar on this?
A: Hi There, Thank you for your question. Yes, you can absolutely sync your separate Google Calendar accounts to the Skylight Calendar. There’s no limit to how many calendars you can sync. Each synced calendar will create its own profile, which is categorized by color for easy identification. I hope this answers your question. Q: When mounting it on the wall does it have to be plugged into the outlet or does it hold a charge for a certain amount of time being fully charged?

Q: Can I hang this vertically?
A: Yes, our 15" Skylight Calendar can be mounted vertically or horizontally with our wall mount. It can also be positioned vertically or horizontally with our stand for countertop use. The screen will automatically rotate.
