I have been using this as a pre workout for a couple years now and it's my favorite. I tried some other samples from a local nutrition store and they tasted really artificial compared to Sunwarrior.

The Mango Lemonade has a great taste. My workouts last about an hour or more and have energy throughout. Drink 10 to 20 minutes prior to workout.

Flavor was not enjoyable at all. It didn’t taste like Mangoes or lemonade, it tasted like weird chocolate? Idk, I had to gulp it down. Also, did not feel pre-workout effects. Avoid this product at all costs.

Finally found a good preworkout that doesn't have nonsense ingredients and works great. Doesn't give you the gitters or a crash after. I can take this and do cardio without feeling like I'm about to have a heart attack. The energy it gives me is awesome. It works well & the peachy mango is a great flavor. My husband loves it for his heavy lifting days. We just bought more of it today.
