A: We wish our refills could be used without creating solid waste, but that is not yet possible. Swiffer Dusters, WetJet pads, and Sweeper cloths are not biodegradable and should be disposed of in your household waste.

A: Our WetJet pads aren't biodegradable or flushable, and should be disposed of in your household trash. We don't currently offer pads that are designed to be biodegradable or flushable, but we'll be sure to pass your interest along to the rest of our team. As well, we'd like to mention that only WetJet pads should be used with our WetJet.

A: They're tested to be used on vinyl floors, but we recommend reaching out to the manufacturer's information for how to clean your floor.

A: To replace the cleaning pad to the Swiffer WetJet, remove the old one, then attach the printed side onto bottom of mop head. Use firm pressure to secure the pad to the device plate. If the pad doesn't stick, check it's not the wrong side or perhaps the fastening strip needs to be cleaned. You can clean the strip using tape, like masking or double sided tape. Only WetJet brand pads will fit properly.

These wet jet pads stay in place and absorb a ton of liquid and dirt. I love that they work on different floor surfaces as well. They are kind of pricey but I went cheaper once and they were awful. Nothing but the actual Swiffer wet jet pads from now on!

These pads work really well with the Swiffer WetJet. They fit the mophead, overlapping a little around the edges. They do a good job picking up dust & cleaning the floor. The scrub piece in the middle helps clean stuck on pieces. Their mesh texture helps to clean & they absorb the liquid cleaner well. I can clean a large area with one pad. I took off a star because sometimes the front of the pad folds under when mopping & I have to stop to pull it back out. They're good quality.

I absolutely love using these at home and at work to clean up quick little issues. There’s no scent on the actual pad but the spray I use does have a nice refreshing clean scent. They are worth the money and can be purchased at a lot of retailers.

They don’t stick to the velcro on the Swiffer so I used to buy the generic brand because they worked better but Target stopped making them! So now I’m stuck buying these terrible pads. You would think the Swiffer brand would make pads compatible with their product, but no. And they cost way too much.

This absorb well I use on floor and lVT flooring . It cleans well and I don’t use water I use spray on mop. It doesn’t have scent but I would like to have smell for less mosquito and bugs so that goes away from my home. Value is expensive r fill pack should be cheaper

Doesn’t actually clean well. The pads aren’t absorbant, feel almost plastic-y and all it does is push the liquid around. Having a disabled pet means I have to clean a lot and often. I find that using a paper towel under the moping stick works better than this. Waste of money. We have tile and combined with the sprayer from the liquid, it leaves my floor filmy and dirty looking. I end up having to use a regular mop or the paper towel to spot clean.

I found these mop pads to be way too expensive to need two or three pads to mop my kitchen floor(large kitchen). The pad doesn’t even fit over the whole bottom of the swifter mop, and in stead of absorbing it was pushing the dirty water around, not worth it for the price being charged.

Our Quality Team assures us that every Pad should fit easily on the head of the WetJet. For the best results, make sure you sweep or vacuum your floor before WetJetting. Then, use 2-3 second spurt of solution on the floor. Gently, move the WetJet back and forth over it. This should clean about 10 square feet of floor. Be sure that your surface is one that's approved for use with the Swiffer, as no WetJet should be used on unfinished, oiled or waxed wooden floors or non-sealed tiles.
