I'm adding this to my daily regime. I've liked Thorne for other supplements, so gave this one a shot. It's another winner! After becoming a mom and getting into my 30s, I have had to be more mindful of my "feminine health." This has helped me to reduce issues. Plus, it's easy to take and has no weird after-tastes/flavor. Just note it's quite a lot to take each day.

I have noticed a difference in how many yeast issues I have had since taking this. There is no taste to the capsules which is nice because you have to take 5 at a time. Other than that I have no complaints.

I got these as I have a history of GI problems and heard that Thorne is a good vitamin brand. I was excited to receive a 250 count of vitamins until I looked on the back and saw a serving size was 5 pills 2-3 times a day. So 10-15 pills a day on top of any multivitamin, calcium, D3, and anything else you take. It's not even a 30 day supply. Not a good option if you're already on a vitamin regimen.

I was unsure about this product. Undecylenic acid is the most potent of the fatty acids and has been clinically shown to help maintain a healthy balance of gastrointestinal and female flora. It used to be used as an anti fungal remedy as well. The dosage is 5 gel caps two to three times daily, which I found to be hard to maintain. I think it may help women who are struggling with an unhealthy gut or women's health problems.

I am so glad I tried this product. For a few months my gut felt off and i was bloated a lot of the time and just sluggish. I started taking these, i did less than the directed dose, i started with 1 three times a day because i am sensitive to supplements and meds. Then i worked my way up to 3 caps 3 times a day. This has made an incredible difference. No more bloating no gross feeling or feeling slow and blah. It didnt give me stomach aches or anything like some probiotics. I highly recommend this!

These are dietary supplements and for the same reason you need to pick accordingly to your needs, it adds the nutrients you need as described in the bottle, nothing more, nothing less. Buyer aware, just make sure is something you need

Thorne Undecylenic Acid did an excellent job of regulating my bowels for several days. However, after about a week, I had to stop taking it because I was unable to have a regular bowel movement. I think this is a great supplement to take for a few days at a time to get your bowels back on track.

I was hopeful for this Thorne product however i never noticed much difference while taking it and after finishing the bottle. It's a lot of capsules as the recommended dose is 5 per meal. I've read others had great, noticeable changes but for me not so much. It was worth trying.

I have had some tummy issues since having a baby years ago, so I got these hoping it would help. Unfortunately, after a few weeks, these didn’t change anything for me at all. And although they’re small, taking 5 at a time isn’t my favorite. I’ll keep taking them to see if it will eventually help.

This undecylenic acid formula seems to be working well. I’ve been using it for about a week and half and it is helping my upset stomach issues and itchiness. These are gelcaps and easy to swallow. I started by taking 2 gelcaps twice a day and increased 5 gelcaps twice a day and that seems to be working great. I highly recommend these.

The product will also help you maintain a healthy level of flora. I really love that tis product is made with the purest ingredients. I feel so much better since being on this product. The clean ingredients or avoidance of non-essential ingredients is one thing I love about this product. The brand, Thorne Research, has various recommendable products, with this one in particular working wonders for candida or fungal infections. I, personally, take it for overall gut health and feel good about the unsaturated fatty acid component.

I was excited to try Undecylenic Acid for Gastrointestinal and Gut Flora Support. I have daily heartburn and was hoping it would help. However I experienced constipation after taking this product for about a week. I cannot say for sure it was this product that caused it, but syptoms have resolved since I stopped taking.
