The item I received is defective. It doesn't allow enough power to come through it to power what I plug in. Unfortunately by the time I ruled out my outlet being the issue, it's too late to return it. So now I'm stuck with it.

The other was for my computer and all it accessories. This surge protector was perfect for the small space that I have. Would definitely recommend it to friends.

I’ve only had this for a month and it stopped working maybe it’s just a faulty one… everytime i plug anything into it, it makes a crackling noise and shuts off and now when i plug it into other outlets to see if it’s my outlet, it completely doesn’t work

I was able to replace my long flat surge protector and use this much slimmer compact design. It fits so much better and can keep all my cords better controlled. I also love the led lights that I can change .

This is very convenient to have so many outlets and on top of that to have surge protection also without the bulkiness of a strip that is more common.

My computer, speakers, printer, router and fan are all plugged into the surge protector. I really like how it takes up very little room to have to many things plugged into it. It also has pretty LED lights that look great. I am also going to buy another one for my living room for my television, satellite, fan DVD player. While it is great to be able to plug 6 things into one small space, I really like knowing that my electronics are protected. I believe everyone needs a surge protector and this one is great because it takes up little room and looks nice in any room.

Its marketed more towards gamers, but I think it does just as well for your every day multiple plug ins. There is a warranty, but it has a lot of fine print. I wouldn't rely on it to solely cover any electrical damage.

We have been having a few thunder storms with our power blinking out quite a bit, I'm so glad that we have this, My hubby and I are on our computer's a lot. We have our computers, and tv plugged into this awesome surge protector. It has saved our tv and computers quite a bit. It's great that it has 6 outlets, so I can use more of them, if needed. As I am writing this, it's storming out right now. Whether you are into gaming, or whatever, this is the only way to go! I also love that it changes colors, just wished that the color light area was bigger.

The unassuming design works nicely without drawing attention to itself, unless of course, you turn on the funky LED light strip. Easy to operate, there is a touch button on the bottom of the unit so you can choose your favorite color or let it cycle through all of them. Press the button for two seconds to turn the LED lights off. Six outlets are plenty for my electronics and handy for charging multiple devices. The product description states a $100,000 connected equipment warranty, however, the fine print states a limited lifetime warranty. Visit their website for full coverage details and warranty registration. I deducted one star for not being made in the USA.

It's kind of fun, to play with the different color lights. The purple is my favorite. My only issue is the outlet that I want to use it in is a little loose, so the weight of this pulls it out. But it works fine in other outlets.

Can change to any color you like. This helps for night time and is not too bright. Only draw back is you need three prong outlet and has to be right size. If too small the surge extender won't fit in the outlet. Other than that this is good surge tap. Next one I get will have USB ports.

With the receptacles spread out around the unit, the design of this product will allow for those larger plugs that come on many devices these days. I live in an older house, so I appreciate the fact this is a surge protector and not just a different shaped receptacle. As for the LED lights, I haven’t yet been able to change the color from red, but it is hidden behind a large tv hutch, so the color doesn’t really matter to me at this point. However, if I use this in an area where it will be exposed, it will be fun to test the colors.
