I like this red light therapy belt. It adjusts easily via velcro straps. This allows it to be used over different parts of my body. It has a lot of lights both red and infrared. As well you can set up different power modes. Seems to work on getting my pain down. It auto shuts off by default at 30 minutes. By the way It takes time to get full benefit so try it for a week or two to get max benefit.

The media could not be loaded. This infrared therapy belt is great for recovery! I've used it to target different body parts. It comes with a remote that has time and intensity settings. There is a pocket on the outside of the belt as well. Both USB and standard US outlet cords come with the belt, so it can easily be taken on the go.

It took a few tries to get used to it, but I'm glad I stuck with it. My only complaint is that the battery does not last very long. I ended up buying extra battery packs for it. The extender works great and you can feel relief immediately. A bonus is that it helps to support your back even when it is not turned on. I was using a TENS/EMS/Massage unit with electrodes and this heating pad works just as well, if not better, and is much easier to use.

My Dr put me on muscle relaxer for my back.. Didn't do much. 30 mins on this and I can actually get up and move around without wanting to cry....Wish I had got it sooner.

I got this Infrared massage belt because I suffer from severe lower back pain. This thing works great to relive my back pain. There are 3 different heat levels, 3 vibration settings, and 3 timer settings. I love that it comes with a remote control...I don't like that the remote changes the settings on some of my accent lights in the house though, haha. The remote works great when you are using it on your back because the controls on the belt are...on your back. I also like that it has a usb cord with power adapter included. By having the usb cord you can use it with a portable power bank while doing chores around the house, when you're not near an electric outlet, or in your car. The description does not have the belt length listed which would be helpful. The belt is only about 48" in length and attaches with velcro by overlapping the belt. That can limit some of us "rounder" people being able to use it. It does fit me but there's not much more room left. I'm hoping this thing really does help you lose weight as stated in the description. That would really make it a great purchase. Only time will tell. All in all, this is a very good quality, well made infrared massage belt that I highly recommend.

I purchased this to help achieve my timmy tightness during my weight loss journey. After 4 children I wanted something that would help tighten my tummy in conjunction to working out and it has helped tremendously. My tummy has less cellulite and more firmness. It has helped with cramps and has helped my husband with his back pain. This red light therapy belt has a time adjuster and different levels .

Other than being a little loud, this meets my expectation and I think it will help. My charging cord was stuck in the bottom of the white box and I almost threw it away. If you think you didn't get a cord, look there. :)

I've been using this belt for 1 month now. It is helping relieve upper back pain and faster recovery after workouts. Not so sure about it working for fat loss, no results on that yet. Their customer service is excellent! Very thankful to Bella who has been amazing in answering all my questions. I have purchased several of their products and love all of them!

With three heat settings, three vibrating settings, and a belt extension, one can reach almost anywhere that is in discomfort. My main complaint is the short operating time before the auto shut off engages. When one is in discomfort, having to restart every thirty minutes can be inconvenient. Other than that, I have no major complaints.

Works so good. When my back hurts I put it on low heat a little bit of massage makes it's all better. Battery life very impressive.
