TriggerPoint NANO Foot Roller - Orange

Had no idea how much I was paying for this because it was on the wrong shelf, but needed relief from working out in the gym. Just looked to see how much I paid for this and you know what, for the quality and effectiveness, the price was totally worth it. Night and day difference in my feet.

Plantar fasciitis, use this to roll my foot while sitting, feels good.

Really works. I had sore feet from work, so I was desperate enough to pay the relatively high price for this roller. Both my business partner and I found this to be a very effective foot massage. Plus it’s small so it’s great for travel. Recommended for sore feet from standing all day for work. Overpriced? Yep. Effective? Absolutely.

These are not quite as effective at massaging feet with plantar fasciitis. It doesn’t give good enough pressure with just the forward and back motion and it tends to slide out from under my feet a lot, especially on hard flooring. I’d suggest a tennis ball or something round to roll would be more flexible and hit more areas than this item.

Love this product- the texture of the roller is just right in comparison to others. I use it on my feet and legs and it provides so much relief. Doing this for 10-20 minutes a day is a life changer!

In the past, I had the crippling pain of planters fasciitis (and a heel spur) — for about a year! Recently it has tried to rear its ugly head. Past treatment included rolling my foot on a tennis ball to break up scar tissue but the ball would slip out — not giving my feet enough therapy time. When I saw this in the Target app, and looked at the pics and video, I knew I had to have it. It does not disappoint. It doesn’t slip (I personally use it in an area of my home with carpet standing with one hand on the wall leaning over it while really pressing and rolling my foot along the ridges). I love that it goes deeper than the tennis ball and my other foot therapy balls because of the bumps and ridges. Perfect and highly recommend. After use my feet feel alleviated and very happy.

Great product. Wish I had this years ago. Helps with stretches and alleviating pain in the feet. Different than the standard massage balls in a good way.

I had half torn my plantar fascial tendon some 20 years ago in a athletic competition. This little tool is really helpfull to relieve pain when it comes back. It does seem to work preventatively, too. (If only I did not get lazy when the pain recedes...). I've got both orange an black, they are both pretty good. I would say black may be even better when not having an acute pain - it goes a little deeper.

Fantastic little tool that is more effective than the lacrosse ball I'd been using.

This works really well I just wish the other half of my order would have actually been in the box. I'm on my feet a lot as a chef at an essential position and this helps my feet recover and not feel so sore the next day

love this thing. Its totally easing my PF and heel spur pain. It's like magic. I use it theoughout the day when I can, before bed and first thing in the morning. works best on a yoga mat so it wont slip away!

The ends are so smooth that it slips on every surface I tried it on (even a yoga mat).

I bought this approx 6 months ago and love it, I began running in vibram five fingers and it's great the only problems is that eventually my feet became less flexible. So I purchased this to help cope with the knots and tightness. It's great the only problem is one side slides and spins which is kind of annoying.

After seeing multiple posts from moms in the Another Mother Runner Train Like a Mother 13.1 Club rave about the NANO Foot roller, I knew I had to give my old tennis ball a break and try it for myself. They were right: the NANO works AMAZING! After the long runs especially, this is the prefect relief for your aching feet!

I spent the last 2 years battling planterfasciatis and now that I am healthy, the nano foot roller is a great tool to help me stay healthy. Each morning I roll each foot for a couple of minutes and I can feel all the muscles and fascia loosen up from being tight after non-use all night. I love the way it feels. High quality.

Have been using it for months now...helps relieve a ton of stress after a hard day training at the gym.. Got my mom, dad, and sister one for Christmas as a stocking stuffer

I bought this several months ago and I am so beyond happy with my purchase! A lot of people forget about their feet when they think of their rollout routine, myself included, and this has made such an improvement. I've continued to buy Trigger Point Therapy products because I was so satisfied with this purchase. Highly recommend.

Most runners never heard of preventative stretching and I was no exception. It took those early tinges of for pain to reach out to trigger. Other "wheel" type rollers fail to reach all of the points on your foot and are difficult to really put firm pressure on it. This rocks!

Really liked it. Kinda of a no brainer. It does what it says it does. Works great and easy to use.
