I have been using Twinlab Daily one caps for years without iron. There is a reason why I can't increase my iron. Seems to be the best compared to other one caps as far as what they put into the caps.. I haven't had the flu for years. I get flu shots, but I feel the daily one caps are working also. I was glad that Swanson had them available. Another company did away with them.

I had prostate radioactive seed implant plus external beam treatment at R.C.O.G. (Radiotherapy Clinics of Georgia) in Lawrenceville, GA. There they recommended Twinlabs Daily One Caps w/o Iron to all us patients. I have had one every day since then. That’s 20 years. It has not always been easy to get them, I am so glad you have them.

I have been using TwinLab Daily One Caps for years and have always been satisfied with them. What I didn't like was that this shipment came in a plastic bottle for the first time, and I have used TwinLab supplements because they have always come in a glass bottle.

We have been taking the twinlab multi w/out iron for nearly over 30 years and they works great for us so far sometimes we alternate from w/out iron and to w/iron. Depending on how we are doing.

Extremely disappointed, to the point where I may report this to someone, once I determine who. When I opened the bottle, I found a 4" x 1-1/2" piece of yellow fiberglass running the full length of the bottle! That can't be good!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this a month or so ago after doing extensive research. The caplet and formulation as well as the producer all were highly regarded. But there are two caveats - the caplet is large. Yes, there is a chart showing the size, but the pill is larger than I thought it would be. (This is my incorrect assessment, but the pill is large.) In addition due to the high level of riboflavin, your body excretes the excess, which turns urine a bright orange.
