A: Vanicream moisturizing cream can be used anywhere on your face. It is non-comedogenic, so it won’t clog your pores. I don’t understand the “melts” aspect of your question, but many people use this product for eyelid dermatitis.

I love vanicream my only COMPLAINT, is this container. When the lotion gets a 1/3 of the bottle the pump stops working. So I still have plenty lotion but I have to open it up to get some. Annoying
