Directions Remove protective cap. Before using for the first time, prime the pump by firmly depressing its rim several times. Hold container with thumb at base and nozzle between first and second fingers. Without tilting your head, insert nozzle into nostril. Fully depress rim with a firm, even stroke and inhale deeply. Q: Directions state to not use more than 3 days. Why? That means the 265 sprays is wasted if you can't go beyond 3 days.

Oxymetazoline is not considered a drug with abuse potential or a controlled substance by the FDA, and is approved as being safe and effective when used as directed. However, prolonged use may cause nasal congestion to recur or worsen. If you’re concerned, we advise that you consult your doctor. I lived how this medicine actually worked! I've tried dr prescribed medication that did nothing for me, and within minutes this nasal spray helped me get the relief I was looking for. I had been having an on and off again stuffed up left nostril that I couldn't get no air in and when I finally was able to get some air in I took this spray and it kept it open. A def great buy. If you are congested don't hesitate to purchase! My fiancé also tried and he even said it helped him as well. I bought this spray because of the reviews and the brand. I'm glad I'll be having something at home I can turn to whenever I get sick again.

I’ve been using this spray for years each time I get sick and have congestion. This literally saves me each time and immediately clears up my nostrils, so I can breathe through my nose at night. I always use it at night so I can sleep good when I’m congested and it kicks in very quickly.
