Zicam No-Drip Liquid® Nasal Spray helps knock out nasal congestion and sinus pressure from the common cold, hay fever, or upper respiratory allergies. When using this product : do not use for more than 3 days. Use only as directed. Frequent or prolonged use may cause nasal congestion to recur or worsen.,temporary discomfort such as burning, stinging, sneezing or an increase in nasal discharge may result,use of this container by more than one person may spread infection.Directions
To Use Pump: 1. To open, hold white wings with thumb and forefinger; with other hand, pinch gray grips on cap and twist to open. 2. Hold with thumb at bottom of bottle and nozzle between your fingers. 3. Before using the first time, prime pump by firmly depressing several times. 4. Place tip of nozzle just past nasal opening (approximately 1/8"). 5. Pump 2 or 3 times into each nostril without tilting your head. 6. Sniff deeply. Do not use more often than once every 10 to 12 hours. Do not exceed 2 doses in any 24-hour period. Wipe nozzle clean after use. 7. To close, hold white wings in place while turning the gray cap until it clicks. Keep carton for complete warnings and information; see opposite panel for detailed instructions on how to use pump. To Use Pump: To open, hold the actuator to squeeze and turn cap. Hold with thumb at bottom of bottle and nozzle between fingers. Before using the first time, prime pump by depressing several times. One sniff of this Zicam Extreme Congestion Relief cleared my sinuses immediately! It made it so much easier to sleep at night, as I didn’t have to keep turning and shifting my stuffy nose from side to side. If you follow the instructions well, then you won’t get that horrible taste in your mouth that you often get with nasal sprays.

The packaging gives good information regarding instructions and how to use. The scent is very lite to almost non existent, but I did catch a whiff of Aloe Vera. I'm normally scared to use nasal spray but this applicator was gentle. I immediately felt relief and it stayed that way throughout the day. I will definitely be purchasing this product again once it runs out.

Its nozzle is gentle and fits right into my nasal cavities. The mist has a great amount of pressure. The packaging makes this a convenient and versatile product to take on the go. I like the gentle scent. I love the cooling feeling of aloe vera. This is the best product I have used in a while! I definitely recommend this congestion relief!

The packaging isn't too big for what's inside so it's easy to carry around. Love the price considering what we pay for most products. Ingredients are great and I understand them.

I do not recommend. The product works but spray bottle needs improvement. I purchased my first bottle and it did not spray at all. I returned it for a new bottle and it worked for a few days before it began just pumped air. There is plenty of product left in the bottle but unfortunately I can’t administer it. I will not buy this again. Giving it 2 stars because the few days the second bottle worked, it did help my congestion. Hopefully the manufacturer can improve this over time.

Insanely painful burning sensation upon spraying that didn't go away for a day or two. It felt like I had literally sprayed acid into my nose. Awful.
