A: Hi, we are not certain as to which machine your are referring to however the Personal Cup Adapter works with all Legacy, Explorian, and Propel series machines. It does NOT work on Ascent or Venturist units.

This is the worst accessory ever produced by Vitamix. I’ve had zero issues with my Pro 750 over the years, and this attachment consistently explodes with contents flying everywhere (even after double checking that the two pieces are sitting correctly).

This is very poorly designed. It almost never actually mixes everything. Everything gets stuck at the thin end of the cup. My older, cheaper models from other companies work better than this. It's very disappointing.

personal cup adapter doesn't work. we opened it for more than a month after we bought it and when we tried, it doesn't work no matter how we tried and no clear instructions as well. my other vitamin product work great though.

The cups are top heavy, and are always falling over. The extremely narrow cup makes it hard to fill with ingredients. Additionally, the base attachment is hard to rinse clean, it doesn't come apart and the bottom rusted after a couple uses and hand washing. 0/10, I miss every previous blender I have ever owned.

The bottom of the cup is too narrow. If using frozen pineapple chunks for example, you can’t put much in there. I loved that this is dishwasher safe but realize I prefer the wide base of my Vitamix Pro300 series (the only thing I hate about that is dirtying up two separate things and not being able to put the mixer in the dishwasher.) I regret spending so much on this product because I’m back to my original way of making smoothies anyway.

This is a terribly designed recalled part with a cone around it. Had I known this is the way they would design and sell and then recall products I would have bought a different blender. Negative points for Vitamix.

I would say this work okay. It’s a little wonky to use. In addition, you can’t screw it on too tight or you will break it. My husband broke mine and I had to buy a new one and they’re not cheap. Just told him he’s not allowed to use it anymore.

This product is imposible to clean… you can not separate the plastic guard from the blades base and over time it will accumulate residues… I understand that the previous Blending Cup and Bowl Starter Kit is a retired product but I would love to buy that instead…

Have had a Vitamix 5200 for 16 years and it still works perfectly. Use it multiple times every week, not every day, but almost! Prior to purchasing this unit I had a Vitamix, but lost it when our home burned down. The Vitamix was the 3rd appliance I bought after the fire. !st was a coffee maker. 2nd was a Cuisinart food processor. At that time Vitamix did not offer the food processor accessory.
