Q: Am I the only one or is this unit super low Volume I have both camera and parent unit on high volume and I could barely hear anything I have to keep putting the parent unit in my ear to hear a bit better unless I got a bad batch
A: It's not just you. The volume level of the monitor is very low even at max. If you connect the camera with the app on your phone you can actually achieve a reasonable volume but why the monitor then?

Q: Can this be used for twins ?
A: No, it is incompatible with twins. If it detects twins it will self-destruct.

Q: Does this model have a replaceable battery? My current model RM5766-2HD does not have a removable/replaceable battery and it barely hold 1-hour charge after 18 months.

Q: I’m having trouble with the battery. Have only use it for 3 month and the battery will only show one bar even after charging it for at least 2 hours or either it’ll say it’s low battery and needs to be charged.

Q: Do you hear sound if you have the camera in separate rooms on split screen mode?

Q: i am having trouble resetting my device so i can pair both of the cameras to the one monitor it will not delete the one camera off and let me continue to pair it. is there a way i can add the second camera with the one already paired
