Not what expected. It is very loud and the cord is very stiff. It did not come with a plug for the charging cable. The actual function is fine but would not purchase again.

We greatly appreciate your feedback. We are sorry that you were not completely satisfied with your purchase. It is designed for use in the bathroom and to have a sound level appropriate for the space. Also, in an effort to reach our environmental goals, our newer units will not include outlet plugs or “bricks”. However, the charging cord is compatible with most standard wall bricks that many of us already have from other products.

The wireless Rechargeable Waterpik is a real improvement over the prior models. It's easy to fill, use and clean, and has a much smaller profile. The magnet in the handle could be a bit stronger as it can be difficult to engage unless to use the exact angle. Also, I feel that the water container should clip into the base. All in all, I really like this new design, and it does a good cleaning job.

Have needed this for awhile and now I cant live without it. I use it every day sometimes twice a day. I like that is smaller and fits on my counter well so it easily filled and used for q quick cleanup. You cana dial in the strength of the power flow for whatever you need, easy off and on, magnetic wand holder is a little awkward at first but the hose curls by itself for storage behind the wand All in all it is a great irrigator with several tips for whatever you need.
Good dental care is worth the time and expense!

Works great and the settings are great.. just cheap hose have to be extremely careful not to stretch it to far from the base.. pricey for the quality. Battery doesn't stay charged.. all and all it's ok..

Hose is pretty short, especially for a taller person. Also, pump is pretty loud! You can’t really use it when anyone is sleeping. Other than that, works pretty well.

I had never used a water flosser before I purchased this. The directions were easy to understand & I love the 14-Day Challenge. It definitely took me a few days to learn how to properly use it! But I love the clean feeling & am now using the glosser 2X/daily. I string floss first; then water floss; then brush my teeth.

I love this. Can't live without it. Use it faithfully every day My dentist wants me to use it 3 x a day but I 'm compromising on 2x! Simple easy clean. Just have to clean with vinegar once a month, because Hawai'i has hard water. (all that coral!)

This may be a good product, but it is far too noisy to use if anyone is asleep in my house. It is a lot louder than my electric toothbrush. I unplugged and emptied everything to make sure I had it set up correctly. Setting it on a washcloth made a slight difference, but not enough. My husband bought a different model of Waterpik at the same time and his isn’t nearly as loud. I’m taking this one back to get one like his.

We're sorry that you weren't fully satisfied with the ION. Our water flossers are designed for use in the bathroom and to have sound levels appropriate for the space. Specifically we design our products to have a sound level that is less than 70 dBA, where less than 70 dBA is defined as ‘conversation level’. Beyond 70 dBA we hear the sound of a toilet flush and and most hair dryers are approaching 90 dBA. However, we do appreciate your feedback and will make sure to pass your comments on.
