Q: I have bought 2 different WW scales in the past. After about a year, they didn't work so good. Every time I would get on the scale, I would get a different reading. I tried replacing batteries and it still didn't help. Has that issue been fixed yet.

A: Remove the screw from the battery cover and remove the cover. Gently pull out the isolator tab. Ensure the batteries are installed correctly. Replace the battery cover and tighten the screw.

This product is very defective, it only worked twice and after it keep having "ERR" message. It's terribly inaccurate aswell. DONT BUY SAVE YOUR MONEY on a different product

This scale is completely defective. You stand on it and it won’t take your weight, you have to get on and off several times until it finally does it. I have had to get off and on this scale numerous times before it would actually take my weight. It’s a complete waste of time and money. Stick to the old school scales. Do not buy this digital waste of time.

This scale is worthless. You get on it and then get off of it back on and it is off by at least 5 pounds. Very very inaccurate. I’m going to buy another brand and throw this one out. My daughter has a scale that is only 2 pounds off of the scales at the doctors office. What I weigh on her scale fully clothed even with shoes on, wallet and phone. And I get on my home scale with noting on before going in the shower and weight 5 pounds more. So don’t waste your money on it unless they improved making them.

The aesthetic and technology advertized on the box looked promising. I just wanted a simple scale to track my health and wellness related to weight. This scale worked one time when I took it out of the box. Then the next week when myself and my fiance each tried to use it the screen just glowed blue and would not display anything at all. We tried switching the batteries out, but that did nothing. Since I recycled the box after I thought it worked, Target would not accept the return. Ended up being an expensive piece of garbage. Don't buy it.
