Q: Does this scale work with the Fitbit app?

A: It does not directly sync data to the Fitbit app. Our data will sync to the Google Fit or Apple Health app though, if the user has that data sync enabled (user gets asked during our app setup, and can also change later through the app settings): many other apps can pull data from the Google/apple Health apps.

The app is a little clunky and doesn't seem to connect straight away. I'm not a member of weight watchers, so that part does nothing for me. It is on par with Renpho.

It was easy to read and quickly went on without issue. It was a great feature to be able identify muscle vs fat mass. As my estrogen fluctuates I learned that it affects bone mass and this scale allows me to keep track of that through small electric signals on the scale that you won't even feel. I love the app to keep track of the readings on the scale through Bluetooth and how it syncs with Apple health and directly to my doctor based on my permissions. I am thoroughly impressed because this technology is so advanced that I ditched my old scale. I would highly recommend! Perfect for any person with weight or health monitoring and a favorite for those that love new health technology!

I received this scale and have been so excited to use it. Right out of the box it is gorgeous. Black and sleek and thin. Easy to store and hide away if needed. Immediately upon removing it, the scale portion is ready to be used. It worked and gave an accurate reading and then gives your heart rate! It is so easy to use. There is no need to use the app with it if you are not interested and do not have a smart phone. However, I was excited for the app. It comes with information on how to find the free app. Once downloaded you simply step on the scale and it connects via bluetooth. You plug a few numbers in- height and age. Then when you step on the scale it gives you a list of different body analysis results in the app. Some I have never heard of and some of the numbers shocked me. It comes with a chart to tell you what the analyis results mean. This gives me more incentive to stay on the healthy track I have started. I love this scale! The best I have EVER owned.

I loved the fact that I could completely set up the scale using the app from the Play Store! The app is also compatible with Google Fit, so I can easily see all my health stats in one place. Within seconds, I had heart rate, weight, BMI, body water, bone mass, and muscle mass recorded in their very easy to use app and Google Fit account. No more pushing buttons on the scale to try to set everything up The app can track up to 10 people! I was given a free scale to provide this review. I'm glad because my old one went in the trash! It was so complicated to track measurements, I just quit.

I set up my account on the app and it automatically set the units to kg instead of lbs. The scale does the opposite. This caused some syncing issues. I kept getting an error when I would try to switch the device back to lbs. I tried several times to find how to switch the units in the app, and finally found it buried in a very not obvious spot. After that, it worked great and I am very excited to continue tracking my progress and health.

The app covers it all. Can also be used without app to keep your weight.

It's sleek black streamlined designed makes it aesthetically pleasing as it is efficient. With a large backlit LED display readings are easy to see. Scale is a bit in heavy size due to its tempered glass. It's has a max reading of 400 lbs, Bluetooth and app compatible that is loaded with features. Because of the Bio-impedance Analysis (BIA) I find you get the best results while standing on the scale barefoot. It's a great scale for all users. I would recommend!

Unfortunately, the WW App that you need to download to keep track of your progress is not good. I first downloaded it on my Samsung Galaxy phone/Android, and the app didn't record my heart rate!! No matter how many times I tried to reset and reconnect the device, my heartrate would not register on the app. (It did show on the scale itself.) On an Android phone, the connectivity with the scale and app is pretty bad. Your stats don't download automatically, so what's the point? I also have an older IPhone. Surprisingly, when I downloaded the WW Scale App for Conair to that phone, my heartrate DID show up on the app and it seems to track a bit better. We shall see how long that lasts! The scale itself is pretty cool, but the whole point of having a wireless scale is to be able to track your progress. In that case, I really can't recommend this product. I was given this product to test for my honest opinion, so hopefully this helps other buyers with their choice. Conair could have a great product IF they can get their app fixed!!!
