Q: Can you fill this with a regular dishsoap+water mix to reduce having to buy extra packaged stuff? I'm looking to specifically fill this with my OWN soap+water. Wil it work? Thank you.

Leaks brown rusty liquid if you leave a little cleaning solution in the chamber. I’ve never had this issue with other brands of similar floor mops like this.

Worked great until we had to refill the cleaning fluid. Then some little plastic piece popped out and we couldn’t get it back in so it just leaked everywhere. Was nice for a couple of months but very upset that I know have more cleaning heads that I won’t be able to use on a new mop.

I absolutely love this!! I love the fact that I can use my own cleaning solution!! I love the fact the pads can be washed and have 2 different cleaning sides!! It’s easy to use and maneuver, I have arthritis and overall neck and shoulder issues and it doesn’t take a lot of effort or pressure to get my floor cleaned! My kids are even more apt to help with the mopping with this.

I really like the mop and interchangeable pads but the mop it self doesn't last. The handle keeps jamming. At this point it's a joke. The last 2 I bought didn't last after one mopping. Unfortunate

The solution gets all in the inside of the mop and it gets gross and yellow…I’ve purchased this twice now and both times it does this. Also both times the handles ended up giving out and couldn’t spray properly. Confusing why bona had worse reviews too bc it’s def better built.

I bought this mop once and it got gross around the spray nozzle but I assumed that was just my bad because I used a waxy cleaner. Then I got my second one and noticed that the liquid from the bottle seeps into the plastic parts and liquid ends up getting trapped in the nozzle area. I fear it has grown mold and will often leak a brown ish liquid if I don’t take the bottle out after I use the mop. Also I feel like the mop head structure doesn’t apply even pressure on my floors.

I've had this for about 2 years and use it several times a week. It feels sturdy and works great. I haven't had a problem with the sprayer. The pad is super easy to take off, throw in the washer (I usually wash it with bath rugs) air dry and put back on! I'm back two years later about to repurchase only because the mop head is loose and a little leaky lately. But a solid 2 years from a $20 swiffer-y mop? I'm not upset to be buying it again :)
