It's a cute little tub mat. But-It has a very sour stench to it. Makes the whole level of the house reek. Tied vinegar/h2o soak, baking soda/h2o soak & Tide wash. No improvement. I put it out in the garage, then garage reeked.Now I have it on the balcony. Will be returning it.

I really like the bath mat color, length and material, but the smell is horrible! I took the wrapping off and even aired it out outside, washed it, but it still has a rubber smell. This continues even after multiple showers. I really like the mat so I’m hoping it will dissipate over time. The length is great, much longer than a regular bath mat and it fits perfectly in the tub. There is still room by the drain and at the rear of the tub.

The size and color are great. The smell from it is AWFUL. I thought it would go away within a day or two of being aired out, but it's making my whole apartment smell like this terrible plastic odor. I wish I knew before I bought it!

So the mat itself is as described, works well… rolled it out into the tub and used it this evening, but my entire upper level smells like weed now. I’m not sure if that’s going to wear off or if that’s just what that material smells like, but it’s nasty. Could have been that whoever packaged it was smoking at the time, and it just needs to air out, but the stench emanating from it is gross.

It’s a nicely designed mat but it stinks. I’ve had it for a week, washed it, left it outside and it still smells terrible. Also, it left blue color on the shower floor that did come off with scrubbing.
