Textured surfaces or any surface with raised bumps or even tiles with deep grout lines may cause problems during the installation process. If a customer is having trouble, a helpful hint to getting the cups to suction is running the product under warm water to soften the cups a bit before installing. We recommend pressing on several cups with your hand to secure before use. Thank you!
