[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] While I liked the last relief I got of a clear nose, I did not however like the burning sensation it left in my nose with just one spray. I know that this is probably what makes it effective but it was too much for me.

I couldn’t believe it. I have used the swabs previously and this is so much better. It does not leak back but does drip out the nose. The cooling effect can be too much for some but I didn’t mind it. The price is great too and I found many places had it on sale.

I don’t usually leave reviews but this nasal spray is amazing. I get sinus infections every time I get a cold. Sickness just always lingers with me. This time I used this along with the Zicam melts and my cold was gone in 4 days.

I started using the Zicam a few days after beginning a head cold because I hadn't ever used it before and my son was kind enough to purchase some for me after he saw me suffering! Even AFTER the cold started, the Zicam is working and it is unbelievable! I feel better already and will continue to use the Zicam for a few days after I feel completely better! I am purchasing another box just to have in case I get another head cold or if any family member does.

The original zinc-based nasal gel formulation was fantastic. The new nasal spray: meh. With the old one, I would take it at the first sign of a cold and it would reduce symptoms and limit the duration of any cold to just a couple of days. It was the true cold-shortening product proved by scientific clinical studies rather than "claims based on traditional homeopathic practice, not accepted medical evidence." Sadly, litigation pushed that product off the shelves and the replacement doesn't really do the trick. Too bad.

I used to have colds that lasted 5-7 days. Now they last maybe 2 days if I developed one at all and they are mild colds. The key is to use this product about 4x.a day at the first hint of a cold coming on or if you think you were exposed.

Love this ZiCam product! They removed zinc from it so it doesn’t damage your sense of smell (old product was recalled) but I find that this version works better than their oral products (which contain zinc). I use this at the first sign of a potential sickness, and sometimes after simply being around someone sick, and it really does seem to help me stay healthy, or shorten the length and severity of the cold. This version always seems to be the most difficult to find as stores often don’t stock much of it and it’s almost always sold out, but it’s worth the hunt.

This is absolutely a GAME CHANGER!!! I teach first grade, in a pandemic. Being sick can come often. I bought this the first sign of a ticklish throat, and used it just as the directions indicated. The cold that was here is now gone. Stopped in it’s tracks. Hallelujah!!! This stuff works!! I was nervous as it is homeopathic and I’m unsure about the logistics of a homeopathic medicine. But wow this stuff works!

I hate taking medicine and have to be pretty miserable before I will. Last week I found myself with a terrible cold and runny nose. A co-worker suggested I try Zicam. I found this version online and WHOA this stuff cleared me uo in a day. I highly recommend this and the fact that is is homeopathic made it even better!

This spray BURNS when it hits your sinuses. I thought it was just from how stuffy I was, but then I ended up with a nose bleed a few minutes later. Nose is still very stuffy, it didn’t alleviate anything. I’ll stick to plain saline spray in the future
