Purpose
Reduces Duration of the Common Cold and Helps Relieve Nasal Congestion, Reduces Duration of the Common Cold and Helps Relieve Nasal Congestion.Directions
For best results, use at the first sign of a cold and continue to use until symptoms completely subside. Take every 2-3 hours until symptoms are gone.Adults and Children 12 Years of Age and Older
Take 1 tablet at the onset of symptoms. Dissolve entire tablet in mouth. Do not chew. Do not swallow whole. Repeat every 2-3 hours, not to exceed 7 tablets in 24 hours. Take until symptoms are gone. To avoid minor stomach upset, do not take on an empty stomach. Do not eat or drink for 15 minutes after use. Do not eat or drink citrus fruits or juices for 30 minutes before or after use. Otherwise, drink plenty of fluids.Children Under 12 Years of Age

I like that this is the quick dissolve tablet. However, it does have a somewhat chalky taste before turning “sweet”. I do believe there’s some benefit in using.

I love zicam products. They are truly a tried & true staple for when I’m sick. They are a bit pricey but honestly so worth it. I usually get the swabs but they were sold out (ahh someone found out!) but these also work amazing! I picked these on a whim, not reading much on the box but because it’s zicam I bought it. Tastes great! Cleaning my sinuses out quickly and woke up feeling great

I took this at the first sign of my last cold and it reduced my symptoms and the duration of my symptoms. One bottle is enough for one regular cold. It’s reasonably priced. The flavor was easy to eat and it dissolved reasonably quickly.

I felt much better after taking it. It didn’t help me with the cough so much but it did relieve my other annoying symptoms. The orange flavor is actually pretty tasty. It doesn’t taste like medicine. I also felt like my cold didn’t last as long.

But if it shortens colds, then I will happily deal with that icky pill taste halfway through! They melt pretty fast. Within about a minute - a minute and a half. I’m surprised at how great it tasted at first and then at how quickly it tasted terrible. Would I purchase these in the future? I’m kinda on the fence about that. For now my answer would be no. But IF they are in fact effective then I would most definitely purchase.
