A: No, it does not have a scrubber side but it is thick, sturdy and work well on tile floors.

Q: Are these pads safe to use on LVP?

A: The pads were designed for use on most hard floor surfaces. We recommend that you first test an isolated area of the floor surface to be cleaned as well as review the use and care instructions from your floor manufacturer. We recommend to not use them on wax polished furniture or floors, unsealed or unglazed ceramic floors, unsealed wooden and wax floors and some no wax floors. In cases of surfaces treated with wax and some no-wax floors, the sheen may be removed by heat or steam action of the unit. Test an isolated are of flooring first to see if sheen is affected.

A: Remove them from the steam mop and machine wash them in warm water with a mild detergent on a gentle cycle; avoid using bleach or fabric softener, and always air dry them completely before reattaching to the mop.

These mop pads are the best. The Shark Steamer that is paired with these pads is the best steamer that I ever purchased. I have gone through many steamers that do not do a good job and stop working within a couple of months. This steamer does not. The pads are super easy to use as they just slip on to the bottom of the mop and flow across the floor with ease. They do a phenomenal job! Easy to care for as they just get put into the washing machine and air dry. I have used my pads far longer than is recommended, only because they are always sold out, and they work just as great as the first time being used out of the box. I always keep an extra box in my cleaning closet so as not to run out or use past the recommended time. This is a great purchase that is not costly and pays for itself as it is pennies per use. A MUST HAVE!
