I love my shark floor mop, and vacuum. I got a cordless one so that I could go around my whole house quickly. The cleaning solution is excellent and has an anti-odor of component to it. My floors have never looked better and I’ve never been happier keeping my floors clean.

I just got mine & I tried right away. How amazing clean & its pick up all cat hairs since I have 5 cats 🐱 lol I love it & referred my friends It's might a bit heavy for some ppl but it's fine to me

I think I got a defective one or it really just lacks on sucking up the water! Definitely returning not happy with this item at all

THE CLEAR WINNER! After purchasing two different Crosswaves and one Tineco, I thought that my dream of having an efficient and user-friendly mop/vac was lost. My entire first floor is wood and tile, and it was such a chore to vacuum and then mop by hand. I also have double-coated dogs and a young kid. Enter the Hydrovac, which not only solved all the problems I had with the other models, but exceeded my expectations. It's incredibly easy to setup and use, but also manages the deeper grout on the tile floors SO well. No puddling of water, no streaking - just a smooth and clean floor. I love how it separates the dog hair and crumbs from the dirty water, and it takes maybe 3 minutes at the end of each use to fully clean. The solution smells amazing, but isn't too strong; and, the self-cleaning cycle actually does the job. 10/10 stars if I could, and I wish I'd bought it sooner!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Finally got to use it on an apartment I’m moving into! Went in cold, no vacuuming beforehand. It was very dusty and this hydrovac held up. I was able to just barely complete the entire 1 bedroom apartment on one full charge. You can see just how much grime it picked up in the picture. It’s light and easy to push around which I appreciate as my arm doesn’t get tired. However it struggles to get corners. Leaves a 1 inch margin on every wall. The self cleaning cycle (shown in video) didn't really catch all the dust on the roller. Disposing of the dirty water and dust is a bit messy. Not sure how it'll hold up as i shed a lot of hair. Overall great for a touch-up cleaning here and there, maybe not for a deep cleaning.

Left to much water streaks and it stopped working in less than 2 months of use.

I have been using this for a few weeks and I love it! I have two dogs and it picks up so much hair, honestly I was really surprised because I was expecting it to do the job but it exceeded my expectations.

I have several Shark and Ninja products and love them but this one not so much. It’s easy enough to use but you can’t clean along the edges of the wall. When pulling backwards the brush roll doesn’t spin. To make it suck even more little blue fibers are left all over the floor. Cleaning the brush roll didn’t solve this problem. It will vacuum up debris from the floor but doesn’t pick up pet hair very well. Very sad that I spent this money on something that doesn’t work as expected. It literally just sits there now and takes up space.

this is a perfect cordless 3 in 1 for all types of floors and area rugs! i have enjoyed using mine! and the charge holds for the whole house...my house a 3000 squarefoot

Really love it would not want to go without it .This is easy to use and it pulls itself so guide it where you want it to clean. Ya’ll never disappoint.

At first, I loved it. However, just a month in, I have had errors on a weekly basis. Shark customer service could help with some solutions, but the issue seems to be recurring.

I got this right before Christmas and hated it. It didn't get close enough to the baseboards, the handle did not go down far enough to get under furniture, and the charge didn't last long enough to finish 2 rooms. I returned mine and do not recommend.

I bought in September and do not like at all. I still have to swiffer mop to get a close clean under kitchen cabinets. Also, I have to clean out water each time, making the process longer and messier when I was trying to make my job easier by getting this. I have to clean the vacuum/mop brush manually after each use or it is incredibly stinky for the next use with just the regular clean cycle sitting on the charging pad. It leaves water streaks and does not have a sufficient vacuum to clean my short pile area rug. Also, my area rug is now ruined from the amount of water it uses.

Does what it says it would. I use it on my tile floors and hardwood. I really like it so far. It was Christmas present so I haven’t used it that long.

I absolutely love this vacuum but what’s not to love it’s a shark. I love all my shark/ninja products. High quality prices are always good and these products hold up. I think i need to be a spokesperson 😊

This vacuum is amazing!!!! So easy to use, so easy to clean and wish I bought this sooner. Picks up dust, hair, dirt, etc. Use this through the entire house with less worry of leaving a mess. Used to be annoyed by people walking through the house with shoes, but no longer. Incredible!!!
