Q: The new design is awful! It no longer glides but feels like sandpaper between my teeth. They shred and break before I am done flossing. Can you please return to the old design? Unfortunately, I’ll be finding a different option for now.

    The new design is terrible. Floss shreds/breaks instantly and leave behind pieces in between your teeth. They used to be great but they changed the design. I won’t be buying until they change it back.

    I understand the reasoning and need to change the Glide Floss pick - but you need to go back to the drawing board. The new picks shred and break like the cheap generic floss picks. Won't be buying again until I see "new & improved" on the label.

    The mintiness of these floss picks is refreshing and they work great for the first few teeth. But after that, they start to fray leaving floss in your teeth. If you have tight spaces between your teeth forget using these. Wanted to love them but just didn’t.

    Horrible

    The floss breaks between my teeth then leave little pieces behind. And the line stretches. I thought I got these before and they were good now they seem cheap like no-name brand. Will not waste my money again.

    totally disappointing

    these used to be great but now they are the worst; they are not making them the same although the price hasn't changed. I unfortunately bought two of the larger bags before I realized the difference in the product (now flimsy and shread immediately.) Why would you ruin your reputation and go from the best to the worst, you will lose loyal customers. I'll never buy your picks again.
