I’m not sure what you did but what ever it was completely ruined these Glide floss picks. They are flimsier but even worse is the floss itself. It shreds and gets stuck between the teeth. I’m sure thin pieces are in my body now. Bought two bags. If I’d known they were changed I wouldn’t have. In the garbage. Extremely disappointed!

These are trash. I’ve used these flossers for years with no issue. This batch (I bought two bags) are terrible. They fall apart before I finish half my mouth. No idea what they did or why they did it but I’ll no longer be buying them.

Massive quality decline in the last year
About a year ago you could floss your entire mouth with 1 pick. Now, they tear easily and it takes 2-3 to get the job done. Something changed and now they are terrible. Looking for alternatives.

I use to purchase your Oral B pick flossers but not anymore. They are so cheaply made (the actual floss part) they get stuck in my teeth and the floss actually shreds. And I am a twice a day flosser. Your product is no better than the brand name at many retailers. Please spend the extra $ on the good floss again!

I bought your Glide Scope Outlast picks about two months ago. If I am lucky, one will do all my teeth. Most of the time, I have to use two or three to do one cleaning. The new string is worthless. It is larger and weaker than the old string. String dimensions are now about .06 by .60 inches. Old string is .02 by .05 inches. New string is more difficult to get between teeth. Increased size of string and flimsy quality means the pick does not last. Do you still have a product that uses the old string? If so, please let me know. This bag of picks was a complete waste of my money.
