for 6 years I bought no other eyeshadow primer. but then they changed their formula. now before 8 hours it starts to crease. it's extra oily. and the tube somehow dries out in a month when it used to last a lifetime. bring back the old formula pls.

When this product did not come with an applicator, it was perfect!! Now it dries out, doesn’t go on smooth, leaves weird texture. Also it’s hard to get the product out of the tube. Please take it back to the original way 🙏

I used to use this primer all the time, but took a break because it was so expensive compared to others. I have oily eyelids to begin with but eyeshadow still lasts a couple hours without primer. with this primer it lasted about an hour and a half before all of the shadow on my lid was gone. I will be going back to the Ulta brand primer.

I am a true devotee of Urban Decay's Eyeshadow Primer and have used it for years. My eye makeup barely budges during the day as this great product keeps on working. Bought the travel size as we are often on the road and keep a full size at home.

I bought this religiously a few years ago, but these days I am thoroughly unimpressed. Used this today to hold the Naked 3 palette on my lids on a day of no sweating, minimal exertion, and for only 6 hours. Most of the eyeshadow was gone by the time I got home. Searching for something else.

This is not what it used to be! It made my eyelids extremely dry. I tried it off and on for a month applying with the applicator, a dot on my fingers, with & without moisturizer or powder & always a drying result. I returned it yesterday.
I love this product, but I DO NOT like the packaging.

I wish you would change the packaging of the eyeshadow primer potion. The wand works for a short time, then I don't use it - I squeeze it out of the tube instead. It's a pain!

I am not sure if the product was old sitting on the shelf or what the situation is. But there was hardly anything in the tube and it was dry and not easy to apply.. I will be returning it to Ulta tomorrow.

Last 2 containers of anti-aging both seem to not work. Put on the added UD Singular shadow, and within 2 hours, creases ans starting to smidge off. Looking to find a replacement

I’m so sad. I’ve used Primer Potion exclusively for 15+ years now. I purchased one a few weeks ago and it is so greasy, and my eyeshadow creases like crazy within a couple of hours. Not sure if the formula changed or what but I’m super disappointed and will now be on the hunt for a new primer.

Why did you stop making this primer in highlighter colors? Made such an enormous improvement in different pigments skin colors for Olive, and black skin types.
