Waste of Space
Vacuuming the fruit flies from the air might be more effective than this. I bought this after careful consideration of the reviews, cost, method and that PG&E makes it. It's been plugged in for a week and the fruit flies persist, literally buzzing around it... highly highly ineffective. Would not recommend at all.

It does catch the fruit flies
It actually did catch the gnats/fruit flies! I kept it in the kitchen where we have seen them the most and try to keep all the room lights off.

This morning I woke to a plague of gnats in the kitchen and livingroom. I used the Zevo spray to kill them instantly. Later I checked the plug in and WOW! I AM IN SHOCKED! I never want to cut fruit in the house again! Thank God for this spray! and plug in!

I read the reviews and it sounds promising. I bought the fly trap last week and it hasn't catch any fly. I made my own DIY and it's better than this scam.

Worthless. Keep your money.
Does nothing to trap/attract insects. The only thing it caught was a moth. Fruit flies and flies were still a nuisance. I am glad I bought this when it was on sale because it is worthless.

doesn't work for fruit flies
this didn't catch a single bug. We have fruit flies, not a ton but I see at least 3 a day. I plugged this into 3 different spots and waited at least 24 hours each time and there was nothing. I actually killed a fruit fry sitting on the wall 4 inches from it. We don't have other bugs in the house so it might work for other things but not fruit flies.

Very effective, odorless and simple design
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am obsessed with these fly traps! For some reason we get more flies in the summer and these were so helpful for getting rid of flies this summer. The design is simple and sleek and it works SO well. It is odorless. It fits perfectly into small spaces and it is made very well. I am so happy with this product and I will buy again if I ever have flies again (but I probably won’t!).

We appreciate you providing us with this feedback, but this is definitely not the type of experience we want you to go through. Ensure the trap has power and the LED glows blue when the cartridge is inserted. If not, check for a ground fault outlet and press reset. If still unresponsive, the trap may be defective and eligible for replacement. If the light is on but no bugs are caught, placement may be the issue—ideally in spots accessible to flying insects like near exterior doors or garages, avoiding hidden areas and competing lights at night. For daytime use, place the trap in shaded or dark areas to maximize effectiveness. Note that Zevo traps target light-attracted insects like fruit flies and gnats but do not catch bugs that are not drawn to light, such as beetles or wasps. This caught no fruit flies or gnats at all. I put it near where the flies were, under cabinets, in the open, away from the flies. Nothing worked. Money wasted.
