Alba Botanica Sheer Mineral Sunscreen Lotion SPF 50 - 3 fz

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We used the sun screen in the late summer early fall and it worked well for the end of summer. It provided protections for the sun. There was a light acent and it absorbed into the skin well. It did not feel sticky for so long or like I was covered in sticky funk. Mineral absorption is great for the skin as well/ My kids and I did not have any reactions. I do wish the bottle was bigger to last longer time. Overall it worked well for an afternoon out in the sun.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Needed a safe mineral sunscreen this summer that wasn’t a spray because of the chemicals. This goes on nicely. It’s not clear cast but I prefer that so I can see where it’s being applied. Especially when using on my kids.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a great sunscreen! The quality is great and it is made with high quality ingredients! The size of the tube of sunscreen is also perfect! It is a big tube! It also doesn’t take a lot of sunscreen for each use either so the tube of sunscreen lasts a while! Squeezing the sunscreen out is easy too and a little goes a long way. The feel of the sunscreen is not too greasy and not too sticky. It goes on fairly thick but goes into the skin pretty fast. I love that it is a mineral sunscreen too and is good at keeping out the bad rays! It is SPF 50 so it is good at protecting skin! I highly recommend this sunscreen! It is high quality and seems to work great! Pros: quality, works fast Cons: none

Also didn’t leave my skin with looking with a white paste cause it’s light. Doesn’t have an over powering smell but very light smell to it. Definitely worth trying.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this sunscreen lotion. There is no fragrance, which is nice because I'm able to put this on my kids, and myself. It blends in clear, so there's no white residue that lingers after applying. I've used this a handful of times under my makeup, and it doesn't dry out my skin. I love that this comes in the spf 50 for more protection against the sun/UV rays. I apply it to my kids only once a day, and it lasts all day. It's waterproof, so it stands up to everyday sweat and playing that my kids do outside. The container is soft, and easy to dispense. As a side bonus, i really like that this is a cruelty free product. This is literally great for anyone in the family to use, and i couldn't recommend this enough!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I only use mineral sunscreen. I love this stuff. its not oily and it doesn't weight down my skin. its easy to apply and spread and protects from the sun. I would highly recommend this. I usually break out with sunscreen but I didnt with this one.

Me and my children all have sensitive skin and sometimes things with fragrance, especially being in the heat all day iritate our skin. We also need all the spf we can get, so 50 is great! I keep this in their diaper bag for going out ventures and it's been great! No white residue left behind.

It's very thick and I really like that it's a mineral sunscreen without all the added chemicals because that's better for my skin. It's a little bit hard to run in and doesn't absorb super fast but the effectiveness could be worth it.

The only drawback is usually some white cast but I don't mind that as long as I can trust the product and that it doesn't contain other ingredients. We use this a lot living at altitude where the sun is intense, and we are happy with this product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been using this Alba Botanical Mineral Sunscreen for a few weeks and I like how the product works, but hate the smell. This sunscreen packs alot in a small bottle. I typically use it twice a day and I only need a little less than a pea size for adequate coverage. Unlike other sunscreens I have tried, it doesn't leave my skin with a strange white film. Even after a full day of wearing it, my skin doesn't look greasy! This is a big win for my combination skin. Despite the good results, the product does have a major vice; it smells like metal! Not just a slight metallic smell either but a rather strong smell that lasts all day. Sometimes it can be so overpowering, that I feel sick. For this reason, I don't recommend this sunscreen despite how well it worked for my skin.

I do like that it is a mineral sunscreen, but it is thick and hard to rub in, so it leaves a white cast when applied. I’m also not a huge fan of the smell, but I’m sensitive to those things.
