I do not recommend buying these at all. I was a long time user of the Astro A40’s which never had any issues outside of the paint eventually deteriorating. I switched to another brand two years ago and saw these on sale so I purchased them. Out of the box I had a horrible buzzing noise in my left ear. I read online reviews that all described the same issue. I contacted Astro/Logitech’s online support and they told me to just return them to Target, and did not offer to send me a fixed replacement pair. VERY overpriced given the lack of quality. You also cannot change out the speaker tags anymore which is a sad downgrade. I highly recommend looking at competitors. If they would have sent me a replacement in exchange, maybe my review would be a positive one.

Read and listen to the reviews. Simple as that. These things are incredibly horrible. Head cushion broke 2nd day and refuses to stay in. Connection issues are NEVER ENDING! Won't find me using another Astro product even if it was given to me. If I could return I would, but the trash can suits them better.

Purchased these less than 5 months ago and have had nothing but issues. The headband wouldn’t stay together, so I zip tied them. They have issues with randomly disconnecting to the Xbox. Now they need an update but when I go to install it tells me I can’t. Tried to reach out to Logitech for support, took them over a week to get back saying they fixed the update, but it still won’t work. Save yourself the headache and hassle and find a different brand.

After using for 2 months the thing craped out on me completely. The head set itself will not power on at all. I looked it up and a faulty internal battery is most common resone and there is no way to charge it or fix it. The changing port lights flash but never connect regardless of how long I keep the headset plugged into it. ALSO the headset was working" it always disconnected and would not reconnect until I unplugged everything in and out. But now that don't even work because the head sets internal battery completely died.

The base is a hassle to get working. If you want to adjust the party chat/ game volume you gotta use an app on the Xbox. Since there’s no buttons or phone app to do so

This headset disconnects constantly while I'm playing, It has small clicks and pops in the background, and the directional audio is terrible. Are they in front of me or behind me? Who knows? Not me because, with this headset, I can't frick'n tell. The disconnections are the worst part though, especially when they don't reconnect and I have to unplug the base and plug it back in.

I use turtle beach stealth 700 and I switched to the A50s. I did my research and spoke to some friends that have them and I really do feel like it’s a huge update from the 700s. If you are connecting to the Xbox series x, you can do the download on there, not on pc. Definitely recommend

Phenomenal gaming headset ! This surpasses all the others I've ever bought in the past for sure. I was so glad to get his for me and my two kids . It has been a game changer ! It plugs directly into the xbox and then it is wireless connected during play and it works amazing so far .the sound is really good too. I was pretty shocked . When it's time to charge you just set it on the bar and it charges that easy. We just put it on there at night . It lasts a good while too. Also this would work for pc gaming ! Feels extremely high quality and doesn't hurt my ears or anything . I am so happy I got his headset and I highly recommend it for anyone who does alot of gaming.

My boys LOVE this headphones! They’re super easy to set up, out of the box, just plug the base in and place the headphones on; let it charge and then you can pair or up with the controller. That was easy, my 12y/o manages to do it himself. We’re not sure about battery life because we never used it for more than 2 hrs at a time, but the box indicates 15hrs if use. Per our friends report, Microphone sound is clear to understand, like if we were on the phone. Will have to get another set for my other son.

These headphones are very comfortable and have superb sound. My son plays Fortnite and Rocket League and Madden 2021 and loves the sound quality. There are times that the microphone doesn’t connect and his friends cannot hear him. Maybe there is a setting that was hit by mistake or something. Overall these are amazing.

Easily the best gaming headset that money can buy. It's loaded with tons of features. The cups are extremely comfortable, I wore it for 5+ hours on a gaming session and ears were not hurting like with other headsets. It's pretty loud and has a customizable command center. The mic picks up communications loud and clear. Being wireless, battery was concern but so far, it's never dropped below 50% after 5+ hours of use and it's very easy to recharge with the docking station. It' supports Dolby Atmos which is amazing when watching movies that support it. The only small grip I have with this headset is, it's not very seamless switching from PC to Xbox. Xbox would not recognize headset on some occasions and it required me to unplug and reconnect for it to see it. Overall, when it's connected and working, this headset makes you feel like a boss when on a session. Highly recommend if you can afford it.

This is a great wireless headset with excellent battery life.There are no cables to get in the way between you and the gaming controller or the gaming console.These are extremely comfortable headsets and i will wear these for hours on end and there are times I forget I have them on. Now when it comes to the sound quality, it is the best I have experienced yet. With ASTRO Audio V2 and Dolby, the audio quality is top-notch. The dock system is amazing and it was super easy to set up. I love the look and the customization with the command center. The headset can be charged using a USB port or wirelessly on the base.

This A50 Astro wireless and base station is great. The headset is very durable and excellent quality. This was really easy to connect to my Xbox. I like that it has a built in amp for great sound. The battery lasts Ollie with this headset which is great for me because I play for hours long. It’s really convenient that I can just flip the microphone to mute it really quickly. Overall this is definitely a great wireless gaming headset that I definitely recommend.

Upon receiving this headset i tried to set up on my own. Epic failure since i didnt use the provided charger/connecting wire. I had trouble connecting to my PC i found the youtube tutorial to connect to PC and in comparison to my logitech wireless headphones, this one blows the sound quality, and comfort out of the water. I found it so much easier to connect to my xbox versus my PC. I wish the pamphlets provided troubleshooting tips. Packaging is very nice, the headset feels very durable and has good weight to it without feeling overly bulky. Had to take off a star for connectivity issues.

In love with these headphones. I wasn’t sure about the cloth cushion on them at first, but they make it super comfortable to wear for hours of gaming. The sound and online mic quality are both amazing. I never have to repeat myself, like with other headphones. These are the best gaming headphones you can get!
