A: The merlin vac is an all in one vac that can be used on any surface. The merlin vac does not have a spinning carpet attachment.

A: The Merlin does not have a motorized brush. It has a Squeegee style brush and a recessed channel to direct the dirt and debris.

I have had my Arnica for close to 10 years! I love it! After a move 3 years ago I forgot about it. But last year, I found it and have used it weekly since on my laminate floors. As I’ve aged, I’ve found my regular vacuum is getting to heavy for me to use long enough to do my 2 bedroom/2 bath condo. But the Arnica is perfect as it it light weight. So I use the Arnica for living, kitchen and bathrooms then regular vacuum is for carpeted bedrooms. I will definitely buy another Arnica after I wear this one out. It does as good if not better on my floors!!! Thank you Arnica!

We have stained concrete floors throughout our home and as a new build we were getting tremendous amount of yard dirt from the outside. The Merlin did an awesome job, is easy to use, makes quick clean ups hassle free. Also perfect for motor homes. So glad to find you online (I purchased my original Merlin during a demo at a big-box store). I'm getting a new one and using the original in husbands shop.

I only gave the vacuum 4 stars because they do not make it easy to get parts. But I really love this little vacuum. It's very powerful, it sucks up everything that fits and also is great at edging along walls and cabinets and is very light.my 5 year old grandson loves to vacuum with it. You can get filters at various places. Just search the web using these words... arnica berghoff filter

I decided to take it out of the box and give it a test. 1st my situation, I have 2 lab mix 50+ lb dogs and ran my other vacuum yesterday. Holy crap this little tool is the best vacuum I've ever purchased! I really hope it will last through the punishment I'm about to give it. Really easy to operate and clean. Only thing I would add is a brush attachment then you could dust with this jewel...Guess I'm going to put my old one by the curb in a week or 2 after I've ran it a few times. I'm sure if it has any problems BergHOFF will stand behind it.

This little vacuum is so cute! It's super lightweight and is so easy to push around, but it has some great power too. I mostly use it on hard floors, but it has no problems on my rugs. I have long hair that's always all over the floor, but I haven't had any issues with it getting tangled in the vacuum like most other ones I've used. Plus I love that you can detach the parts and use it as a handheld (great for the couch, stairs, etc). I don't have pets but I bet it would be awesome for anyone who does! Seriously, this vacuum is great!

I have been using this Arnica Merlin ALL-IN-ONE Vacuum Cleaner, Orange since three years. The Vacuum Cleaners still works great, however the Dust bag is broken. When I brought this vacuum I was told 10 years Warranty for parts. Hope I get a replacement as soon as possible.
