It features a four-row Deep Reach PowerBrush Roll, a two-tank system and easy-to-remove water tanks and a removable nozzle to make cleaning the machine after use easy.

Q: Hi there, is the solution hypoallergenic? I am super sensitive. Also, I am on the 3rd floor and have carpet just in the bedroom and hall. Worried if it will dry properly when humidity levels are high

Q: Why can’t I clean the roller guard or roller? Its not removeable like other bissells I’ve owned. Why is this supposed to be let friendly cleanup if you can’t clean up the gunk afterwards

A: Hi Sara. You may be using too much formula. Try going over the area with water only in the tank to remove any excess formula from your carpet.

I used it for my small bedroom and it cleaned ok but left small patches of lint almost after every sweep. The solution container kept detaching very frequently and unnoticed causing it to not pour the solution onto the carpet. I really don't recommend it and would rather prefer a better one. But if you need this for a small room this may be your best bet.
I won't buy a Bissell again.

This is our fourth Bissell carpet cleaner machine. All four ended up having the same exact issues. First the handle would break, and then eventually water/cleaner would end up pouring out the bottom of the machine without pressing the button. Twice I've had to use the warranty. They'd send a new machine out. Once that new machine started to have issues Bissell will no longer work with you. They refer you to your local Bissel vac shop to see if they can repair it. Bissell sure isn't made like they use to be. My first machine lasted a few months and broke, replacement broke within 7 months, third machine broke within 1 month, fourth replacement broke within two weeks. Right out the box it made a clunky noise. Then water would pour out once again. I will no longer purchase Bissell products. After purchasing a better carpet cleaner from another (Shark) Attack brand, I realized that Bissell just doesn't even good suction. You'd have to press your foot on it to suck all the water up. I tried writing a review before on these machines I've had and Bissell would not approve the review. Gee I wonder why, so it's likely this review won't be published either.

As many of the other reviews here state, this works well on small spaces. Uses a lot of water and solution but gets the job done. Unfortunately, I threw one of these away and bought a new one (same model) because it leaked so much, even while cleaning. The new one hasn't leaked yet and I'm keeping both compartments completely empty between uses.
I would buy this product again.

We use this carpet cleaner monthly or biweekly depending on weather. If it is muddy and rainy or there is salt from the snow, this carpet cleaner is great for getting all sorts of messes out of our carpets. Every time we can literally feel the carpet come back to life. Carpets are like filters for a home in that they absorb all sorts of dander, dust, and other items. This cleaner gets out all of it and then some and the suction drys the carpet so we'll that our carpet is fully dry within an hour. Our only wish is that I had bought it sooner.

If I could give less than one star I would - biggest piece of garbage waste of money ! I vacuum my area rugs w my bissel vacuum- then use my steam cleaner - 1. It has a huge tank, that can only get 1/4 full before it can no longer take liquid I end up emptying 4-5 times a carpet , 2- the filter hole is so small that any sand or dust in ur carpet that comes up and mixes with water gums it up and I have to take the entire thing apart and wash it all out , like all parts and bits - it takes me no shy of an hour to do the carpet w all of the times I have to stop to empty and clean it !!!! Buy a better machine

This does the job for small areas, such as one living space in an apartment. The suction stops before the tank is full but sometimes after emptying it that doesn’t work. I can usually do my one living room with a tank but have to empty it often

Product was working well cleaning up area rugs, however when i tried to clean up my dogs mess on a thicker carpet it started to smell like fire. Turns out the belt was burning the plastic in the housing. Not impressed with this.

I bought this item less than a year ago and have used it 3 times. The dirty water tank is large but has an extremely small collection area causing you to continually stop and empty it. The solution tank is too small and does not empty out completely. It does not have any alerts that solution is not spraying the carpet. I just did my small dining area and had to refill the solution 3 times and empty the dirty tank 4 times. That is excessive and counterproductive to getting the rug done. Because the dirty water tank is so high, I cannot see the water that is being suctioned up. I have to bend and look from the side to see the front of the shampooer - not the best position to be in for anyone. When I get done using it and remove the tanks, it leaks water all over the floor. Now I have to find another way to clean that up too. I expected better from Bissel.

Do not buy! I really liked this at first. After not even a month and it being gently used only a few times, there is a huge crack that has formed. Bissell was extremely unhelpful. Disappointed that I spent this much money and received something that was such poor quality.
