I’ve been taking these vitamins for about 6 weeks now. I started noticing sleep improvements and fewer/less disruptive hot flashes after about two weeks. At the moment, I can say I feel a whole lot better in general since starting these vitamins - I’m sleeping normally again, I have more energy again, etc. I hope it continues like this!

They were a metallic light purple, which I thought was a nice touch. The smell was not pleasing, but I have not encountered a great-smelling multivitamin yet. I did not notice any stomach issues or nausea while taking these. I have to be honest and note that I did not experience any changes in hot flashes, but this is still a solid multivitamin and I would most definitely buy again.

But I think maybe they're geared more toward someone just starting menopause rather than someone will through it already because I didn't see any noticeable benefit to me. But they definitely are good quality, easy to swallow, don't smell or taste bad.

I've tried Centrum products before and have generally been happy with them. I started having menopause symptoms about 8 months ago including horrible hot flashes that were made worse with this hot summer weather. I was excited to try these since they advertised help for hot flashes specifically. Unfortunately I didn't really notice a difference with the intensity or frequency of my hot flashes while taking these vitamins, bummer. We are all different though so hopefully these will help others

Let me explain. I usually sweat at night but lately I haven't been. Is it just my body going through a change or did this vitamin actually work? Hoping it's the vitamin but I want to continue taking it to be certain. It's only one pill a day and the pill has a nice coating on it. Makes it easy to swallow. Highly recommend if you get hot flashes or night sweats

I liked these vitamins because they didn’t make me nauseated and they are coated which makes it easier to swallow. I also like that they aren’t a huge pill. It was easy for me to take them. I was hoping the Centrum menopause support multi vitamin would help. It did! Within a week, I noticed a difference, and after 3 weeks, hot flashes are lessened if I even have one at all. Size. My preference is to take two small tablets or capsules. This vitamin isn't too big, but I'd consider it perfect if it was smaller. Taste/smell. Can't taste it, and it does not have a string scent, which, in my opinion, is fantastic. I recommend this product to anyone looking to reduce menopause symptoms.
