Best cleaning purchase so far
I have tried so many different cleaning sponges, scrubbers, sprays…etc. Never reached the expectations I had hoped for but decent. I am glad I decided on this purchase however. I was not disappointed and did what I was hoping it would do. Definitely keeping this and going to try other attachments for it. The fact that I didn’t have to scale the walls like a lizard to clean to the top, was amazing and sold me fast on this. Love it.

Scrubbing sponge does not stay attached keeping product from doing what it is claimed to do...clean surfaces. Shouldn't even have one star. Total waste of time, effort and money. Do not buy this product.

Tub Scrub
When you extend the stretch to 42’ it doesn’t stay still completely, It slowly rises back down to 21.25’. I don’t recommend purchasing it to use it at is 42’ inch length.

Hello M, thank you for your review. If you hold the pole that is closest to the scrubber end tightly and twist the outer pole clockwise, it will tighten and kept the pole extended. The stick is flimsy, doesn’t stay in place after extending it. A Q&A said it was safe on glass, it’s not safe on glass. It scratched all my shower glass. I HATE IT. Now I have to see how I can fix my glass

Worst possible creation for shower cleaning
The head of this doesn’t lock so there’s no way to actually clean anything that isn’t the floor without the mop head flipping around. It’s honestly comical how badly designed this is and how useless it is. I’d rather use a broom than this

The pole does lock into place by twisting the outer pole clockwise. The head is meant to pivot so that it can easily work around the curves and corners of bathtubs and shower stalls. The expendable arm doesn't collapse now so now I cant store it anywhere. The head swivels which doesn't help when cleaning hard to reach places.

Not worth it
As many reviewers mentioned, there was a strange black residue (I think rust) coming from the scrubber on the first use. Also- the height adjustment wouldn’t stay adjustment which led to more work than just using a regular scrubber. Will not be using it again.
