Hard to fill without water spilling everywhere. Also, the basket for the coffee grounds needs to be pushed down extra hard or you will have coffee grounds in your coffee. Today putting the basket back in after cleaning, the handle to push it down snapped off. Not even a month old. Very disappointed!

Purchased this maker on August 1, 2023. It made great coffee while it lasted. The maker was used daily, I deep cleaned and descaled every 3-6 months with a vinegar solution and it worked perfect. UNTIL Novemeber 15th 2024. The carafe side doesn't work at all, only the K-Cup pod side works. I had an old one that died out that had a hot water system but I wanted one with K-Cup pods. I had to swap them out and start using the old one again. Makes great coffee for at least 1 year.

I've been enjoying since Christmas. Really nice looking. The only problems i really have are it's super hard to fill the big tank without it spilling everywhere. And also when it looks like there's enough for the first cup I remove the carafe to pour. But removing it and putting it back leaks Coffee all over the machine

Every 5th Kpod or so the pod explodes and you get a cup full of grounds! It has happened brewing a pot as well. I don't know if it's a malfunctioning product or just bad design. Very disappointed for the money!

I’ve had three of these in six years, let me repeat that for you. I’ve had three of these in six years they replaced one of them. I will never buy another one. The first four or five months is fine after that the burner plate the finish wears off. No, I do not spill anything on it. The bottom of the coffee maker when you flip it upside down is all rusted. It’s just a poor design. I will never buy another one of these as long as I live. I liked it in the beginning, but when you gotta buy one every two years what the hell good is it when you’re paying $180-$200 for it And the K pod does leak also I rarely ever use it but for what those people want to use it for it will leak on you. It’s very poor quality on the burner plate. You of thought that after some period of time they would’ve resolved it, but they still use the cheap one from China apparently do not buy

I got this to replace a Cusinart coffee maker with carafe and a Keurig. My wife and I wanted one appliance. The single serve side works great and the water level is always visible. The coffee maker makes good tasting coffee. However, I prefer the carafe from my previous Cusinart over the glass coffee pot that came with this item. The carafe kept the coffee warm without the need for a warmer. Every 3 or 4 times I use the coffee maker, the coffee will drip out and down the coffee pot and onto the warmer, making a sizzling sound. I have to remove the pot quickly and clean up the mess before it scorches the pot. Overall, I like that this combines 2 items into 1 so I can get fresh coffee each morning the way I want it.

    Battle of the coffee

My husband enjoys his regular brew each morning from a coffee pot. He likes it strong and robust, reminiscent of his days as a fireman. On the other hand, due to my acid reflux, I prefer a low-acid brew with a milder flavor. Thus, the dilemma. Who gets to use the coffee pot first? Finding this coffeemaker solved that issue. I use the single serve at the same time his coffee is brewing. Another bonus is that having the two coffeemakers built as one is less clutter on the kitchen counter top.

It will not let you dispense hot water by the cup. The access to fill the coffee pot reservoir is difficult with lid and all. Overall I regret purchase. I have a lot of cuisines products but this is my least fav from the brand.
