Q: What charcoal filters work with this model? All the ones from Kuerig do not work; too big.
A: Can you provide a link to the specific charcoal filter for this model? I cannot find where to purchase it? All are too big.

Q: I read that the cheaper model has an annoying beeping that goes off when the coffee is done, does this model do that as well?
A: When you brew a pot, this model beeps when the coffee is done. However, there is no completion sound when brewing on the single serve side.

Q: Can you use K-Cups with this?
A: Yes. The manufacturer states that the single-serve side is K-cup compatible.

Q: What is the long thing with 3 oval holes for?need help starting up coffe maker please.
A: I think your talking about the filter. You open the small basket and put a water filter in. Should be in your manual.

Q: What type of filters do you need for the carafe side?
A: It has a reusable cone filter, or you can use paper cone filters.
submitted byCoffee - 5 months agoA: Lift up the Coffeemaker reservoir cover. Remove and discard the paper filter and ground coffee. The filter basket can be washed in warm, soapy water and rinsed thoroughly, or cleaned in the upper rack of the dishwasher. Dry all parts after use. Do not put any water in the unit once the filter basket has been removed. Wipe the area under the filter basket with a damp cloth. Remove the carafe from the heating plate. Discard any remaining coffee. The carafe and lid can be washed in warm, soapy water and rinsed thoroughly, or placed in a dishwasher. The carafe and carafe lid should be placed on the upper rack only. Do not use any scouring agents or harsh cleansers on any part of the Coffeemaker. Never immerse base unit in water or other liquids. To clean base, simply wipe with a clean, damp cloth and dry before storing. Fingerprints and other blemishes on the housing can be washed off with soap and water or a nonabrasive cleaning solution. Wipe heater plate with a clean, damp cloth. Never use rough, abrasive materials or cleansers to clean the heater plate. Do not dry the inside of the water reservoir with a cloth, as lint may remain.

Q: Is the water tank removable? Also is there a line to know when you have 6 cups of water or 8 cups and which side of the Cuisinart SS15 coffee pot is it on?
A: The water tank is only removable for the single serve side. The carafe side is not removable, but does have cup line indicators. The carafe is on the left side facing maker.

Q: What is the difference between this one and the $99 model?
A: This one is K-cup/single-serve cup compatible with 3 size settings. the 99$ model has a side unit for hot water only, to make tea etc, not k-cup/single serve.

A: Both sides cannot be used simultaneously, and yes, there is a side (on/off) switch.

A: It is K-Cup compatible so it should take Eight O'Clock Coffee K-Cup Pods.
