This unit is a refurbished one that I was told was “as good as new”. For the most part that is true. The downside here is the cover for the Keurig water side does not sit flush with the unit. Additionally, the filter basket is also difficult to insert and takes some “jiggling”. I feel there is def a design issue here and not sure if that was why this unit was retuned to start with.
