This lovely complimentary package was delivered and helped me stay warm while I sleep. Fitted the bed perfectly. It took roughly 2-5mins to warm up. I love that you can set the temperature and also set a timer of how long you want it to be heating up your bed. Lately I get a cold front probably because I kicked my blanket somewhere and lay in the the cold before I get up. I would definitely recommend this to everyone

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I will never buy another brand of towels ever again. These are the softest, most absorbant, and luxurious feeling towels I've ever felt. For reference, at 5'2 the towels come to the nose-ish and at 160lbs with a larger chest wraps well around my body without flapping open. There was so shrinkage or pilling in the wash. The first dry cycle had a lot of lint, but the towels felt even better.

Bought 2 TwinXL in Nov/Dec 2021 and one has already failed. Had hoped a UL rating would have meant something. Kinda spendy for such a short life. 3 stars because while it worked it was awesome.

Loud clicking noise & bulk at feet

It gets nice and warm and is soft and essentially soundless with appropriate covers, but the controller makes loud clicking noises when you change the temp - not pleasant for myself or my partner in the middle of the night. I know this is supposedly for safety to know you've changed the temp, but come on, there are other controllers that don't make this sound and are still safe. Also, the connection is noticable at the feet - hard and bulky.

Lasted 14 months before one side stopped working, and half of that was in storage for the summer. Far too expensive to fail so quickly. It was great while it lasted.

There are 20 heat settings so perfect for anyone's desired warmth. So easy to use and I'm just amazed how there is something to keep you warm underneath and not on top of your body. Took sometime because one side then the other would come off but after a while it was okay. Has lots of deep pockets to attach once lined up . Has a timer so that you can set it for how many hours you want it on . Also has a remote temperature setting. I never had a heated mattress pad before but I’m enjoying this one so far!!

It was fairly easy to install. Seemed a little big for even my tall full sized mattress. When I first tried to plug it into the matress I thought that the holes were misaligned but the plug ends up being covered and the pad lays flat. It does seem to take awhile before it heats up. But when it does its wonderful. There are 20 heat settings auto shut off and a preheat function. I just wish both parts of the cord were the same length. The control doesn't reach to my headboard so it has to sit on the floor. Overall a pretty good product

In some ways it's nice that it has 20 heat settings although honestly fewer would be fine and it seems to heat evenly. One thing that I do wish was different--and since it's my first heated mattress pad, maybe this is standard across the board--but I wish that it felt slightly thicker/more plush. I love a mattress pad that has a little bit of fluff and padding to it but this is pretty thin. It seems well-constructed, though, and it's definitely going to be great throughout the colder months when it gets chilly at night!

This electric mattess pad replaced one that was about 10 years old. I'm shocked by the difference the new pad has made in my sleep. The heat is much more uniform, and this one heats up VERY quickly. Materials seem to be nicely sturdy; it appears it will last well. I like that I can use this on my side of the bed and not even have to hook up the 2nd controller. The pad is quite thick and I don't feel any wires when I lay on it. Really glad I made the purchase!
